Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service and very helpful and polite.. Will 100% use again and recommend to others. Location has a great set of people. They are wonderful and so sweet.

Amazing service

Amazing service, huge thank you to the main man Kez, exceptional customer service I must say, made the whole process as simple as can be, helped get me and my elderly parents results in time for our flight, great service very friendly, recommended to all reading this ✅🙌🏼

Never received test!

I ordered my day 2 PCR well in advance and the test still came late. I called and requested for them to send my test to Scotland as I would be leaving England before it would arrive. They assured me I’d get my test in Scotland but instead they sent it to England and I was never able to take my day 2 test. I would not recommend this unreliable company.

I had to travel urgently and I had little time for my kit to arrive. I was also confused by the data available on other sites, but a super helpful person called Jonathan provided me with all the information I needed and was super helpful

Very good service

Very good service. Booked PCR fit to fly tests twice and received results on time. Highly recommend.
