They are a scam. They are impersonating alluvi.bz, they are linked to alluvibiz.com, alluvihealthcarelab.co.uk. They are a very organized fraudulent network.
U will loose money for fake product
Be careful what you buy. They're unlicensed, selling counterfeit products and claiming they're real. Yesterday, I requested a refund for a product that never arrived. They replied that the money would be refunded. It's been 24 hours and I still haven't received it. Please be careful with them.

It was an unfortunate and disappointing experience.
We have used a number of services before; sadly this company has shown a level of service that I do not recommend to anyone. Although they have been kind and responded to my requests, they were not accurate with results (providing a day 2 positive, 5 negative and 8 negative). Not only did these results contradict the PCR taken on day 0, but also their lab was unable to deliver accessible results. This meant I had to source an external company (meaning I had to pay an extra 80 pounds to another company) because they were unable to give me timely and accurate results. After having to deal with the NHS and almost having to spend much longer in quarantine (luckily I acted on time and ordered further tests/PCR from another company) I was still was awaiting for a timely response that could be helpful.
Unlike with this company, the external company I quickly sourced delivered the equipment, the results and allowed me to access them quickly and efficiently. Their results came much faster than All healthcare, which I paid before I traveled back to the UK. This showed me, the real quality of both companies and that I pretty much wasted my money with Allhealthcare.
Allhealthcare's response came much later; the information given contradicted the information given by their lab and although given in a kind manner, they never accepted their faulty service. They did offer a special discount on my next order, but of course I would never take or give to anyone else as I like to pay for a reliable service.
I would advice people to pay more for their tests through more reliable companies than to chance not being able to leave your home because of their inability to do what they get paid for.
So please make sure you do a good deal of research as I am 100% sure there are plenty of companies which focus on the timely needs of their customers.

Great customer service. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to delay my flight after already booking my covid tests using my old flight details. I emailed healthcare and they quickly responded and immediately changed my details accordingly. I am yet to use their testing service, but I have no doubt it will be up to the standards of their customer service.

Bad Service
I had two tests when we returned to the UK. I received result for my test with in three days . But nothing about my partners test. I have sent endless emails asking for results as it was over Christmas and we were both isolating until all results received. They fobbed me off for weeks and when I asked for a refund, wish to take a £15.00 administration fee. This company is only interested in taking your money not in providing a service.

I paid £47 each for my partner and I to have day 2 pcr tests when we returned from Italy on Friday 31st Dec. We took the tests on Sunday and posted priority mail, we received confirmation that they had been uplifted at 4.45pm.
It is now 3pm on Thursday 6th Jan and we have had no contact from Allhealthcare, no test results, and we have been isolating since last Friday! We cannot go out until we receive our test results. I emailed them this morning, and what a surprise, no reply!!!
On checking the T&Cs, they say they will not refund if they do not meet the deadline for getting results back to you. Please beware that this company are taking the mickey, and we are very angry.
We have taken lateral flow tests ourselves and they are negative, but the rule is we need the pcr result before stopping our isolation.
UPDATE - FRI 7th Jan - still not test result or response to emails. Have filed a complaint.

My daughter and I are still awaiting our results for our Day 2 PCR tests. In the meantime my daughter had Covid (independently verified by another company), finished her isolation period, had 2 negative tests and returned home to Italy. If we were relying on the results from Allhealthcare, she would have been out and about freely spreading the virus!
Very disappointing and a complete waste of almost £100.

This has been the most stressful experience with a covid test provider. The waiting times are extremely long and the customer service advisors are rude and not helpful. If looking for a website to buy a test, trust me don't use all healthcare.
