I purchased a scrub set. My card was charged the first time for one penny. Then, it was charged for the full amount that I authorized. I called one week later to inquire about a tracking number. The associate said that my card declined. Bullcrap! I receive notification for ANY transaction coming through my account. I verified it with my financial institution. During my second call the associate said it went through and it would be sent. Lies. Not only did I not receive my order, but they tried to charge my card again, but I canceled the card! Scammers! They're nuts! I disputed the original charge.

I've been a customer of Allheart.com for 25 years. This company they sold out to us absolutely repulsive. Their customer service is awful. I will NEVER shop here again. Their selection now is absolutely a joke. Never again will I give them my money.

The next time a customer orders something be more courteous and if something is wrong with the order just fix it that would be the right thing to do treat ur customers better

I placed an order on 5/8/25, have yet to receive my order. I ordered 13 items.. 2 were to be name embroidered. I understand that can take longer.. but 11 other items were being held hostage until they were able to do the embroidery.
Customer service were snotty and rude, I've never once received an update on my order without calling and waiting 45 mind to speak with someone.
Now I finally receive an email telling 1/2 my order is "out of stock" so while waiting for the embroidery .. everything is ordered sold out.
So now I've waited a month for scrubs I will never get.
I was changing jobs and really needed them.
Don't ever order from this company, there business practices are asinine and its not worth the stress..

Terrible customer service. Don't trust the company. Try your luck somewhere else. You would not get any shipments from this company.

Ordered two pairs of scrubs and one jacket on October 10, 2024. Customer Service has told me different stories each time. This company is no longer a reputable company. Avoid at all cost.

Is there any chance to give Zero a start? I placed an order on November 2, 2024, one month ago. I have been using this company for the past 10 years and typically receive my orders within two weeks. However, I have been waiting for a month this time, and when I contacted them last week, they stated that my order is still processing. I will no longer use this company, and I do not recommend this site for purchasing uniforms. The customer service has been terrible.

Placed an order a month ago, took my money fast enough, still no scrubs. Email customer service 3 separate times, no reply. Call customer service to be told there was a 5-6 week delay with no guarantee of shipping at that time. Asked to cancel order, they refuse. $130 down the drain. NEVER AGAIN

Terrible customer service. Ordered three items online that were supposed to be "in-stock", ready to ship only to find out later that they were all on "back-order", don't know when we'll received them. After waiting 30 days without any delivery or news, I tried to cancel my order 4x (twice on the phone, twice in writing). Although they agreed to cancel it, but then did not. Finally got an update on the order, "should be able to ship it to me 2 and 1/2 months after the order was placed". Guess what, I ordered the exact same items from another uniform company along with personalization. Received them today about 10 days after they were ordered including personalize embroidery and the order cost me about $30 less than All-Heart. Oh and this is the second time I have an experience like this with AllHeart.

Ordered my scrubs for school ahead of time. They cancelled my order without notifying me, if I hadn’t checked my shipping status with an associate I wouldn’t have known. I was told by Maeve that the scrubs were no longer available but on their website they were still available. She offered a 10% regular price scrubs. But now the scrubs are 3x the sale price previously offered. She would not do anything else but offer express ground shipping. Needless to say I would not order from them unless you want to wait in limbo to see if you get what you ordered.

Don't deliver what promised.

I would not order from this place. They messed up royally on my order, seems like it happens often too. Shipping is also longer than 5 days. I spent so much money to be disappointed like this. You’d be better off ordering on Amazon.

I have placed orders with this company a few times. They have nice uniforms that fit well and are good quality. I spoke with Nathan. He was friendly and willing to answer any questions that I had. The one downfall is that I paid a extra fee to have my item shipped to me faster, and I had to return the item being that it was too big. I will not be given back the money for the expedited item, but Nathan said that I would get %50 percent off shipping on a new item of the correct size should I choose to reorder. It would be a five star if I could get expedited fee waved with the new order.

Screwed up the order, late delivery and not allow me to return the item while insisting on their “policy” thing. I would give 0 star.

I ordered a product from them and charged 1cent and was told my card was declined when in fact it was not. They said to wait 24hrs for update and that they tryed three times when i contacted my credit card they said that company did not put it threw. All heart company i will never buy from first time and failed business I canceled order.

I would give a 0 if I could. I purchased items dec 20th (knowing it was cutting it close to Christmas) website said express shipping, DELIVERY DATE dec 22- $28. So I pay the $28 and the items still haven’t shipped. “Customer service” says it takes 2 days to process then 2 days to deliver. That is NOT what website said. It actually said DELIVERY date- dec 22nd. And in small print under that it says -dates above are arrival dates- so tell me where it says 2 days processing and then 2 days delivery? It’s a scam to get extra money! And now even though items have not shipped they won’t cancel my order. Don’t order from them!

Bought item. No delivery tracking. And paid extra for engraving that was cheap and unreadable. Bad quality

If I could give zero stars, I would. Lab coats and scrubs are the poorest quality I have ever encountered! Cheaply made, stiff material, extremely odd sizing- huge, arms were 5 inches too long! Customer service is absolutely useless, rude, inefficient! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY- SCAMMERS!

I returned a scrub top that was entirely sized wrong and have been fighting with these people for 3 weeks now over a refund. I'm getting continuously lied to about this refund and when I wrote a review on their website saying that they refused to refund me my money they then blocked me from the site. They are nothing but scammers!!
