I purchased a key for a gift card and didn’t receive it right away. I contacted support, and they sent it to me promptly. Everything worked as expected in the end.

I am currently in India but had a PS store account of Qatar and I couldn’t find any trusty only stores that had the Qatar PS store cards. ALLKEYS was great. They replied super fast and delivered the code within 2 mins ( Yes it worked I was anxious :P). Definitely recommend anyone who wants to try them out

Bought a giftcard on the 8th, never came
Bought a giftcard on the 8th of November 2024. My transaction was pending for around 1 day then it went through. I was meant to receive my giftcard but I didn’t as my purchase was “on hold” because they magically ran out of stock but I was still able to buy it?
Texted support on whatsapp, they said stock would be back in roughly 2 days (that would be the following monday). It’s now Friday & I’ve asked a couple times for updates but they’ve stopped replying.
