I purchased a 1-year subscription for Adobe Lightroom, but instead of properly activating it on my email account, they created some kind of “business account” that expires every week. As a result, my access keeps getting cut off, and I even lost all my presets.

This is not what I paid for.

I contacted their support multiple times. Not only did they fail to fix the issue, but they also ignored my requests for a full refund—despite the service clearly not working as promised.

This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.
Unreliable service, no accountability, and no proper support.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this website.

Easy to install and every process of installation will be explained through pictures, and it works well for a non-IT person like me. Best part is if you decide not go for it, and let them know before installation, they will make a full refund.
I would look forward for good products through this website in future, if need be.

all good and working properly but, you have to activate manually and send you a key by whatsapp and then you paste it in the app after that you will be provided a code by the app so you send it to the same person and finally he will generate the final code so you can paste it again (takes 3-5 minutes after receiving the whatsapp message).
