2nd chair is not the charm…
We ordered one Bennett swivel chair which was perfect so we decided to get a matching one. That chair arrived with a protrusion and crooked stitching so we sent it back. We couldn't reorder because the item was out of stock. We received a 10% off coupon for our trouble. When we were able to reorder the chair had increased in price so that we had to pay more, even with the coupon. The new chair looks fine but the cushion is hard as a rock. It's much harder than our first chair. They look beautiful in our home, but I'm disappointed that the 2nd chair is not comfortable and there isn't consistency in the product

Love the dishes- 2 came shattered- still waiting
I purchased 3 sets of the Lenox white bay color dishes. I love them! The process from order to delivery was easy. However, 2 bowls were shattered when I opened one of the boxes. I went online with the AI assistant— sent pictures and was assured I would receive 2 new dishes. That was Dec 7,2025. It is a month later and I have yet to receive anything. I will reach out — but this is the reason for the 3 rating instead of a 5

Color in all pictures online isn't anywhere close to actual color. No samples available to order online or view in store; so have to order the item, pay for it, receive it, then return it to a store for a full refund.
