I was charged return shipping after they sent me the wrong item
The items I ordered were described as Bar Stools but they arrived and were Counter Stools (too short).
They charged me $74.00 to ship them back.
The automated staff was not able at all to understand that I should not have to pay for their mistake.
I would shop this site again if it were not for their complete customer service shortfall.

Joss and Main has excellent fast shipping! That is the only positive I can say about this purchase. The product that I purchased on the other hand is horrible. This umbrella has so many parts that are not fixed to the structure, so it just falls apart. The base is a slide together assembly, it slides right apart. The umbrella arms need these small metal extensions to make them lang enough in the fabric, falling apart all over my deck. I’m so disappointed I want to cry. I trashed the box so I guess I’m stuck with this unbelievably poorly constructed product.
