Nice enough product
Nice enough product. Easy to assemble. Holes weren’t fully drilled through/drilled in the wrong spot on a couple legs so had to drill out myself in order to assemble

I thought the set-up and delivery was the same day. I thought from the online photo the "box spring " was one piece. As I intended to use it in an old exciting bed frame your product didn't work I cancelled the Angi set up { which I had to pay for ] and tried to get some satisfaction from your customer service.
But no, touch luck for me. A waste of $240.
An AWFUL experience, all around.

Packaged securely and on time delivery
I have not installed the product yet, but it was packaged securely and arrived on time. It looks like the photos and are made of real concrete and quite heavy, but I love it.

Shipping and delivery were both punctual. The box in which the butcher block arrived was damaged, as was one of the parts of the table. Upon being apprised of the damage, AllModern quickly offered options. We settled upon replacement of the damaged part.
Assembly was expedited by clearly understandable and accurate directions, a rarity these days. The assembled butcher block table is sturdy and beautiful. Overall, we were pleased by its product and our interactions with AllModern … Highly recommended!
