it says i would receive my ottoman by fri 3/6when i purchased it, but after purchase it gave me a further date 3/7 -3/10 and now i need to figure out who can be at home when its delivered as i will be out of town

Spoke with a rep. No inserts available, he promised to send a new SET of PILLOW AND INSERT.
Shipped the first pillow back.
And instead of a SET, I received another PILLOW, no inssert.

The chest was totally damaged from a…before I received it
The chest was totally damaged from a crooked leg to drawers that are not on the guides to a rip through the cheap top. There were spots where the finished top came away from where it’s supposed to be attached to.
In a nutshell it looks more like it was thrown out of a truck at high speed. This is way too damaged to resell. We have purchased a few AllModern products and were please with the condition but whoever checked this item out prior to shipping should not be an employee in that company. I have contacted Wayfair and provided pictures so I’m waiting to hear when someone can come and pick it up and credit my account.

The dresser was delivered on time and handled with great care. The delivery men communicated their arrival time and were punctual, polite and careful. It is beautiful and looks as pictured. I love it!

Slow delivery despite tagline
Despite the tagline of delivered in days not weeks, I still haven't received my item and it's been almost 3 weeks. The delivery is not even scheduled yet either.
