Annoying experience
I hate when companies bombard you with emails and requests for feedback immediately after purchase. This one will send you requests for feedback before they've even sent a shipping confirmation. Annoying customers before you've even had a chance to delight them is just bad business practice.

Love my new chairs, including the color and comfort. My only dissatisfaction is that on one of the chairs, the wood at the bottom has a chip in it.

Sometimes less is more.
I've been looking for pendants on and off for a year. I found these simple orbs quite pleasing in the pics. They arrived promptly, I put them up and I must say a game changer. I'm a bachelor and sometimes miss the mark but this time I hit it out of the park. Note the warm amber glow will never be white. I did put some smart bulbs in, but still not white. But that's OK. Not even too pricey.

I often hesitate to purchase furniture…
I often hesitate to purchase furniture online, and most always insist on seeing it in a store. I took a pure leap of faith and was surprised how great from start to finish the customer service was. I needed a live person due to a discount not being given and it was promptly taken care of. Then the delivery was phenominal, a real person communicated via email early on just to say I'm there for you.

Perfect shipping and product
Perfect shipping. I ordered at night, next day I received the product. Mirror is beautiful! More than worth for the price.
To hang it we got a wood screw #10 2 1/2” and screwed it on a stud. It took my husband and I less than ten minutes. I measured 53” from the top o the console table. Couldn’t be more happier with the result.

Discount for Signing Up is FALSE
I signed up with All Modern using my email and telephone number under the assumption that I would get a 10% discount on my first purchase. After I signed up and made the purchase, I find out that I was not eligible for the discount. I am very tired and disgusted with this misleading advertising.

I placed my order for a new bed. you charged my credit card but I never got a confirmation email. This was three weeks ago and I have yet to receive an update on its arrival.
