Buying new wheels and tyres is never cheap but AlloyWheelsDirect made it a pleasurable experience. From Tony’s careful approach and rapid response to UPS’s timely delivery and the quick, cheerful fitting, I am totally impressed.

These guys were great. I ordered the part. They emailed me immediately to check the part was the correct one that I needed asking for pics so they could cross check. I knew then they were a legit and probably reliable company. The part took a few weeks to get from the manufacturer and they kept me informed during this time.

In the end the part was delivered as expected. Really great service provided by these guys.

Great company to deal with, had an easy experience with alloy wheels direct. Tyres came when expected and they even came in their own individual boxes straight from Germany.
Another thing to add is the 4 tyres turned up together. From ordering off other sites in the past I would have 1 tyre turn up 1 day, and the other 3 weeks apart. I would highly recommend alloy wheels direct and I’ll definitely be using these guys again in the future! Thank you

I had decided to source a set of Winter wheels/tyres for my Mini Countryman Cooper S, as I have done so on all my cars.
I came across the Alloy Wheels Direct website and found it had a good choice of Alloys and tyres that would suit, although I initially thought a bit expensive.
On my initial enquiry, I spoke to Tony who was very helpful and checked stock availability of my selection. Chosen wheels and tyres were all available so I placed my order.
This is where it starts to go wrong.
I left it 1 week before contacting Tony to check on progress of order as we were due to go away the following week for approx.a week. I was informed that there was a delay as only 3 of my chosen tyres were available and were chasing up another, despite when I initially ordered I was told everything available.
I then contacted sales adviser when we got back and was informed that the workshop would complete the wheels and sort paperwork for UPS pickup.
It was nearly another week before they were picked up by Courier, then 1 more week before I received. Very stressful to say the least.!! I think UPS need to get their act together.!
Wheels arrived well packaged to be fair. I have since checked all tyre pressures and fitted to the car.
Have had to initialise the tyre settings in the car yesterday and very disappointingly found that it will now not display the tyre pressure settings for each tyre as with original tyres.
Contacted Alloy Wheels Direct with my query and this problem has now been resolved.
To be fair, the Customer Service has been very good regarding this matter.
