3 weeks left in LIMBO!!!!
I placed the order, you charged my credit card. 3 weeks went by and I heard nothing. i called All security Equipment, after a 20 minute conversation about my order. I was told some one would get back to me in 10-15 minutes. 5 hrs later I received a text saying that there was "an issue with the order" and it would be processed soon. I then called back to find out what the :issue with my order was". And I have heard nothing, and was not able to get a straight answer!

Quality OEM product was shipped
Quality OEM product was shipped. It took longer to ship than I would have liked. When I ordered the wrong circuit board for my gate, I was instructed on how to return it. It took longer than I would have liked for the review panel to determine if my product was returnable. When I contacted customer service, it was taken care of immediately. I have sent the item back and ordered the proper panel. I gave them a tracking number and I’m still waiting to see if my credit card gets Credited for the return.

Great Company
I ordered a replacement garage door opener for our LiftMaster. It was delivered quickly and is perfect. I forgot to use a promotional credit and sent an email explaining my forgetfulness. They quickly applied the credit. Very nice company to work with.

Replacement part slow to come with little communication from All Security. Have purchased same item from All Security in the past with much better response time. Will factor in before next purchase as security of farm and access for tradesmen affected by slower response time.
