Order didn't ship when promised
I placed the order yesterday and paid for overnight shipping. The salesman assured me that the order would leave yesterday 2/4 for delivery today 2/5. That did not happen. I had an installer traveling 2 hrs away to come install this part. Now I have to reschedule and my gate will be down for 2 more days. Very disappointing.

False advertising, missing shipping details.
originally was looking for equipment from another dealer when I came across this website, I signed up for the pro program only to be told that the pro program is not even active yet it’s advertised on their website that one could become a dealer and get a discount on purchases. I then go to place an order and get from Read for a whole day pushing back my order and now I get a delivery confirmation without a delivery date or delivery time.
I probably won’t be ordering from this place ever again as a business for my clients

Not happy about my experience
Bought a small bearing on Jan14th. Selected ground shipping which was twice of the cost of the part. I am sure they make money on the shipping. It arrived on the 29th! Contacted customer support about a refund of the shipping they provided no resolution. I wouldn’t be purchasing from this vendor again. EDIT 1/30/26. The package via the usps website dint ship until the 1/23/26, that was 9 days after the order was placed. Don’t blame the shipping company.

High Shipping Fees
After paying the lowest shipping available ($15.75) on a $3.99 one-inch-long battery, I would have expected it to arrive sooner than 9 days later. That being said, the battery works fine.

I have had the cp-4 before. It lasted 3 years. Started to open the gate randomly. Was getting triggered about every 4 to 6 seconds for no reason. Will give the second one a try.
