Outdoor Maglock
The cord is too short to make it to the control panel, where it is supposed to be terminated. It comes with no installation videos or instructions only a wiring diagram and the brackets are not well labeled.

I ordered these back on Saturday 11/1 and they’re just now shipping them, why the delay? My credit card was charged immediately. The delay is ridiculous!

You had item I wanted in stock. Shipping was quick.The only thing I had problems with was not being able to talk to a representative. I called 3 times and each time I was transferred to two places. No one never answer the phone.

Site was easy to use/shipping woes
Site was easy to use. Prices are fair. Very glad to find the relay we needed. I would give a whole 5 star but we didn't like the pay for shipping on the 11 light weight high dollar products. It also took 2 days to process the order to get it into shipping.
