Bad tracking
It took a week for delivery and tracking information requires an app download, which when accessed, gave information which showed the item was already delivered on the date it was purchased. Thankfully, Customer Service is live, and very helpful.

I have sent several emails to cancel order. None have been answered. This was done done right after order was placed. I explained it was wrong item but it is still being sent. I will send it back and expect a full refund.

I thought I was supposed to receive my full order on 10/21. Instead I received half the order and a new tracking code for the rest.
