We handle encryption and key injection, terminal programming, and gateway configuration in-house, and we blind drop-ship under your company name so you can fulfill orders nationwide without touching inventory. We keep deep multi-brand stock and ship same day on in-stock units, whether that's one replacement terminal overnighted to a merchant or a staged rollout of hundreds of units. One supplier for every brand, wholesale pricing that protects your margins, and hardware that works out of the box. Hi Dave,

We’re sorry the terminal arrived with its interface set to Spanish. That’s not the experience we want for any customer. On the terminals we carry, the display language is a configuration setting rather than a limitation of the device, so in most cases we can switch it to English quickly, either remotely or by reprogramming it for you at no charge.

If you’d still prefer to return it, we’ll take care of that too. Please call us at (888) 403-7066, and our team will either get it running in English or start your return right away.

It was a bit bumpy at first

It was a bit bumpy at first, and I had previously been scammed by several other companies, so I went in cautiously. After some back and forth, and finally receiving all the parts that I ordered, I am happy to report that Allstar Terminals is legitimate and they have great products. Their staff was super friendly and helpful, and after some confusion on what the product I ordered included, they even sent me the extra parts for free that would normally need to be purchased separate.

Everything was great

Excellent customer service, great products, and prompt handling of any product issues. So far, I am satisfied in every aspect.

Fast turnaround!

We board merchants weekly and needed PAX A920s keyed to our processor without the usual two week wait. Ordered Tuesday, shipped same day. Will continue doing business!

Allstar Terminals made it right!

We initially received the wrong item with our order, but Adam from the sales team reached out directly and made sure everything was taken care of. I now have the correct item in hand and really appreciate the great customer service. We’ll definitely continue ordering from Allstar.
