We got the personalised glass delivered within a matter of a days. Unfortunately it had a very tiny crack in it and i was paranoid it would end up smashing quickly as it’s a wedding gift. I emailed them got a reply the following morning sent them a photo and they sent out a new glass i received it 2 days after.

Ordered the tortoise guinness glass with a little engraving on it. Gutted to find no guinness branding at all. Just a plain tulip glass with the engraved message.
