Excellent sale, you won't get better glue dots anywhere
Excellent sale, you won't get better glue dots anywhere, I've tried most makes and these are the best. The customer service was brilliant, the sales lady even called to ask if I would mind if she sent some samples and they were very promising. Quick delivery.

Helpfulness of the staff
Helpfulness of the staff. They had the product I required and listened to why I needed it. Then when I realised I had ordered the wrong colour, immediately changed it for me. The speed I received my order was so fast. I'm very impressed with the whole process.

Not clear about delivery
Whilst the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, and gave me a 10% discount code, unfortunately I was not told that for Next Day Delivery ( for which I paid extra) the package would have to be signed for (and it's only tape!). Consequently it did not arrive until 3 days later

Thank you for leaving a review for us, I am sorry we didn't meet your expectations on the delivery. Our courier automatically requests a signature for delivery to ensure the safety of orders. We resent your order under special instruction to leave safe after a failed delivery attempt on the inital next day service. I am glad to hear you did receive the order but again we are sorry you were not completely satifisied with our service. Kind regards, Sarah
