I am extremely happy and grateful for the work carried out on my L405 Range Rover, by Altrans. I was given a very reasonable quote, and the work was completed as advised by them, to a good standard. I had two other quotes for the same work by other well known garages in the area, however Altrans were considerably cheaper, and I liked their no nonsense approach. No fuss, a calm friendly environment, I felt very secure as their customer.
I will be going to them for all my vehicles maintenance.

Drivers door panel switches and heater stopped working, i was concerned it was a bcm issue within an hour broken wire diagnosed, had to book a second visit as their Toyota wiring schematic was incorrect, fault repaired.
They are courteous, professional and competent, highly recommend

I took an audi q2 in for coding in a new module, arrived at 9am got told to come back at 11am. When I arrived back to collect car I was told they weren't able to code the new module so if they haven't completed the works you shouldn't have to pay right? Well not with this lot I had Richard come in who stormed into reception and shouted without making any sense I even said to the reception staff what did he just say and none of them could understand any sense of it, Anyway the reception staff said I have to pay £200 otherwise I can't have my car back... It's total nonsense they made me pay for work that wasn't successfully completed. Do not use this garage!!
Edit: why are you lying saying I was made aware that if I had the incorrect module I would be charged? You basically wouldn’t give me my key back unless I paid for work that wasn’t successful.

I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!
We booked the vehicle on 19th August for moving house in London for my son on 4th September. On 3rd September at 16:56, I had a phone call from Alltrans telling me they didn’t have a vehicle for us.
“What am I supposed to do we have parking spaces booked, people have booked holiday from work, landlords had been notified,
keys ready for exchange “
Alltrans said “Sorry we’ve got a tipper, but that’s not ideal is it?”
I shall leave my response to your imagination 😤
At 17:35 Enterprise saved the day a slick and professional company.
Alltrans hasn’t contacted me to apologise or offerer anything in the way of compensation.

Berlingo went in for turbo issue and engine light on, turns out turbo had failed and faulty glow plugs. Then glow plug tip snapped off on removal and fell in the cylinder, they had to take whole engine apart and replace various things. Was kept up to date and advised before any work was carried out. They had the car for about 2 months in all (not a complaint), and I used one of their curtosy cars a week here and there which was also a great help. When it came to paying the bill I set up their option of payment assist and made an arrangement with Gill to pay off the remaining balance, so they were very accommodating and helpful. Car is back on the road now and touch wood it won’t need to go back to them for a while now hopefully!

I booked my Saab in for a full service. Have received a detailed invoice of exactly what was completed on the car. The whole experience was polite and professional. It is great that they are Saab specialists, which is one of the reasons that I used them. Highly recommend.

After trying 4 other tyre companies for a tyre repair on a Saturday ,midday ,and been told that it would be Monday or Tuesday the next week ,I gave All Trans a call . They said that there may be a small chance if I took the wheel to them , but it would probably be early Monday . After getting home I had a call to say that the repair was done and ready to collect . What first class service !!, I shall certainly recommend them to my friends .

Wouldn't use this company again, knocked £49 out of my deposit, I drove 34 miles in there van, and put a gallon of fuel at the end of my trip, which toke it to exactly the same level of fuel as I received it, but because it was parked at a angle fuel gauge wasn't exact reading, be prepared to lose your deposit,

These guys were recommended by the RAC recovery I needed when my car broke down due to gearbox issues. Other garages, including Peugeot main dealers tried to overprice the repair & get me to part ex for a newer model. I can't find any concerns with the repairs or level of professionalism I experienced. Also, very quickly sorted out despite being a notoriously busy time of year. 10/10 would certainly recommend.

All trans took 2 weeks to diagnose then a further 2 more weeks to sort the problem. I had already diagnosed the problem myself and had a few quotes that were half the price of the £1,300 they charged to change one injector and to supposedly take of the inlet manifold and blast away any carbon build up as he advised if this was not done then the injector was likely to fail again in 3 months time. Reluctantly paid to get this sorted only to have a new fault pop up on the drive home, of which I was charged £300.00 pounds to fit a sensor. Then to rub salt into the wounds that failed again 2 days later. I initially was going to take it back to them to sort out, but then came to my senses. I will never recommend or use this Mickey Mouse outfit again, not while their is a hole in my ##se.

I recently used All Trans Autos for the first time. I found that all the people I dealt with there, namely Tina, Jacob & Simon were very helpful, friendly & efficient. Although they had problems sourcing the part required Jacob kept me informed at all times, thereby saving wasted journeys & Simon who worked on my car explained everything in detail. My car is now fine - & noise free! Tina & ladies in
reception (Jill & Laura I believe) were friendly,
polite & made me feel at home. The waiting
area was a clean & pleasant place to wait.
All in all a great experience - my only regret
being that I didn't discover All Trans before!
Anyway, a huge thanks to you all - I am about to make another booking & would have no hesitation in recommending All Trans Autos. Thank you! 😊 😀

Our car was with them nearly eight weeks. We only ever got an update when we chased. Were told at least twice on the lines of “the part’s in so should be ready in a day or two” No follow up call to say that hadn’t happened. On one occasion was told car was being road tested and would definitely call in 20 mins. No call. I called two hours later to be told there was a problem.
When I suggested that they might knock something off the bill they blamed Mercedes and their own shortage of staff, neither having been mentioned during the time they had my car.
Finally, when the car was returned, one of the seatbelts was filthy, which it certainly wasn’t when the car went in.

If there were 10 Stars I would give them. This warm, friendly and honest garage just saved me hundreds of pounds. From the receptionists to the mechanics I cannot fault their exceptional service. After receiving a very high quote from another garage I felt I should get a second opinion and I'm so glad I did. The guys at Alltrans Autos checked my car out, free of charge, found one thing that needed doing, not four things, ordered the part, did the repair and it cost me a fraction of what I'd been quoted at the other garage for things that didn't need doing. I highly recommend this gem of a garage.

Good sensible garage, repairs things that others can't be bothered to. Excellent reputation with local RAC, that has proved across 2 visits over 2 years to be accurate. Only problem with such a good reputation and abilities, they are very busy which does mean customers with major engine repairs need a little patience, but definitely worth the wait - my 2001 MG ZS has made it through thanks to Richard and Jill and drives once again as if nothing ever went wrong in the first place.

Would have given this garage 0 stars. BEWARE OF THIS GARAGE.
Management only works 2 days a week & no-one else can deal with complaints.
Dishonest with estimating & work. Priced to fit a timing chain kit, Labour 4 hours, which can only be done by taking the engine out & then tried to slip it on without taking the engine out, hence damaging the vehicle, so it can no longer be driven. Then trying adding another 12 hours labour to rectify their incompetence. The guide price to do the job is 4+ hours. They then stripped the engine out “in anticipation of the works” their word!
The Bosch Accreditation is worthless, as you have to take it up with Trading Standards via Citizens advice first, before they even look at it. Takes months. It started in January 2023 & is on going as no other local garage will take it on. Now getting it towed to Raynham to be sorted & suing All Trans Autos.

As always the staff are polite, efficient and helpful when dropping off my car for yearly MOT. Accessible garage, near to shops if needed while waiting or sufficient waiting area in their own building. Easy payment at desk.
