Advertised goods do not exist/not in stock so obviously they draw you in to pay and order and then the delivered goods are wrong! & Still not been refunded!

Tom was great at quickly fulfilling our order and making sure that the roof tiles arrived on time!

Ordered and paid for an item to collect in Orpington - so assuming it was in stock as it completed the order. Drove an hour to Orpington (as nearest branch was out of stock) when arrived was told there was none in stock!! The website seriously needs to be updated if its not reflecting the actual quantity of stock. Then had to drive another 45 mins to another branch. Company also closes too early on a Saturday. 11:30!! Please could you not push it to at least 1pm? Also as a specialist company checking that the consumer has everything they need would be excellent service.

The service was exceptional. I place my order online (competitive pricing) and within 10mins I had a call to tell me the items were ready for collection.
Collected items from depot and staff were very helpful. I will be using their services again!

Ordered & paid for roof slates online for collection. Waited for confirmation email of order which came about an hour later. Drove 1 hour to Orpington branch to collect only to be told that they didn’t have the roof slates I ordered. I explained that I had received a confirmation email that the slates were ready for collection but sales person couldn’t help.
I was told I would be reimbursed but despite emailing twice, I still haven’t got my money back. Shocking!

Brilliant service as always, I used the Orpington branch, looked after by Tom, our roofing contractor quoted 20 weeks delivery of roof tiles, we had everting in 4 days, delivered to site. I have no hesitation using all type for all future needs, great job, huge thanks to Tom.

I must say the team from the office to the forklift driver such a happy lot always will to help. Prices couldn’t find cheaper than Alltypes give them a try won’t go wrong.

Paid for a 10am until 12 noon time slot for my order.

It never came in that timeslot, when I rang up it took a long time to get through to somebody that could help. They discovered the order has been lost by the Orpington branch and none of my products were on the way. They hustled to get the order out to me by the end of the day, but 20% of the tiles were broken.

Driver said they would send replacements by the next day, but that has passed and nothing yet.

update: orpington branch manager personally dropped off the missing tiles for me - thanks !
