Our tile came quickly, efficiently & when we had an issue with some tiles being broken upon delivery, they were quickly replaced, you have 48 hrs to report any damage. Customer service was great Julia... Ver más

We love the tile and are strongly considering it, but when I replied to the follow-up email and asked for coordinating floor tiles, I did not receive an answer. I would like photos, if possible.
I looked everywhere for the gold penny tile…finally found it with Aloft tiles…it was delivered quickly I love it as my kitchen back splash

Beautiful tiles, great customer service
Beautiful tiles! Aloft also followed up with me after I ordered a tile sample to see if they could be of any further assistance. Tiles are notoriously difficult to get right, so I appreciated that. Plus, in today's internet buying world, it's nice to know that there's a human at the other end of the exchange.

The first tile in the box was badly…
The first tile in the box was badly broken. It was a 24X48 porcelain tile that we are installing for our kitchen backsplash. The tile looked as it did on the website just disappointed that it came so damaged.

Sample tiles are shipped via regular mail, and while we package them securely, there is a small chance they may get damaged during transit. This is different from other orders, which we always ship securely on pallets.
We take pride in our convenient return and damage policy, which allows you ample time to request a swift replacement if needed. In your case, the other sample orders you placed for the same tile arrived undamaged, so you could evaluate the quality and color effectively. We are glad to know that we processed your refund for the subsequent order promptly. Very fast shipping. Dealt with 3 other tile stores online, all took at least 10-14 days to receive product. Got mine from aloft in 4 days. Had one product damaged and they immediately sent a replacement and received in 4 days as well. Great customer service.
