Ordered 2 chairs, no delivery and no refund! They have just gone quiet! Do not order from them

100% scam. Ordered chair and it’s not arrived. Contacted the company 4 times and no response. Will definitely be claiming my money back. Please don’t be taken in by them and spread the word!

Etter utallige meldinger til Alomie, både på nettsiden deres og på facebook uten svar, ser jeg nå her i likhet med mange andre at jeg har blitt svindlet. Ren skjær idioti å handle på slike nettsider uten å sjekke validitet og sikkerheten først.

IT’S A SCAM!!!!!!!!! ES UNA ESTAFA!!!!!!

Ordered 2nd May supposedly delivered 20th May, I received no notifications this was after checking on 22nd May on site where the chairs were, still no reply although they say 24 Hours to respond. Definate scam, will claim my money back from credit card !!!

Bought 2 of those pod chairs after seeing on Tiktok. Tbh I never buy things from Tiktok but the 1 time I do I get scammed.

Chairs took weeks to arrive, and was then "delivered" 304 miles from where I live. Checked my delivery address and it was perfect, no issues there so how they delivered to the wrong place is beyond me, even Evri wouldn't be so incompetent.

I emailed them and the reply said they take 48h to respond, that was 5 days ago, so I'm thinking scam at this point.

I ordered two chairs for £52 from a company called Alomie and received two cheap inflatable rainbow toys instead. This company is a complete scam.

After doing some research, I found dozens of other people who were also tricked the exact same way — they order furniture or other legitimate items and get random junk in return.

There’s no way to contact them, and they clearly have no intention of sending the correct product. It's a fraudulent operation designed to steal your money and disappear.

DO NOT ORDER from Alomie. They are running an online scam and scamming people across the UK and beyond. I have reported them and encourage others to do the same.

Leider zu schön um wahr zu sein. Zwei Sessel zum günstigen Preis wurden bestellt und sind nie angekommen. Lieferung ging irgendwo nach GB. Ich bin in D. Gott sei Dank habe ich noch nicht bezahlt und Kontakt zu Klarna aufgenommen. Von Alomi gibt es bis dato keine Reaktion. Schade.

Could be a scam. Item not arrived, said delivered to totally different place. Not responded to chase up.

Would give 0 stars if possible- this is a scam. 4 Emails went ignored over a period of weeks, tracking number for my pod chair was to Ireland - far away from my delivery address. I got a refund through my bank but was very disappointed as I wanted the chair. Terrible company do not risk it

Ordered the pod chair through the link on Tik tok and I had a blow up neck pillow delivered they had completely different order numbers do not order from them they are scammers

My mother bought the alomie pod for a gift but again she has been riped off. why do these people get away this. I have told her to stop buying anything from these sights. shame on them.

Awful company do not order. Ordered a rocking chair was given tracking number was tracked to GB not ireland. Spoke to Jordan who said incorrect tracking number given gave me another one same story. Said refund issued it has not been as no money received.

Would give it 0 stars but had to give it one to write this review. AVOID at all costs, placed order for x2 sun chairs I followed the tracking to see it be delivered to an address in Ireland, no where near UK. Sent a mail spoke to Jordan who apologised and said he would get an emergency order sent to me, waited another 2 weeks and saw it was out for delivery!! Not even in my county! 2 orders sent to completely different addresses NOT HAPPY one was a gift for someone.

This is a scam site.
Ordered months ago, been given 2 tracking numbers, none assigned to my address and never came.
I have now raised with my credit card company to retrieve the payment.

Looks like I’m not the only one scammed by this company? Ordered some patio chairs and was given false tracking information. Between Alomie and the logistics company they concoct a story and drag it out as long as they can to keep and steal your money. Don’t use them!!! SCAMMERS
