Ordered one of the pod chairs from TikTok and tracked the order from China. Received a strange text to say that it was delivered and what was delivered was a red fish bracelet. Stay away from this as it’s a scam!

Don’t even bother! Ordered via TikTok link and was just given the runaround from the minute I tried to chase delivery. I was given false and misleading information and then ignored when I called them out for lying to me. They take your money but you will never see the product you order. 100% a scam! I’ve reported to every outlet I can think of to stop these scammers taking peoples money. Disgusting behaviour.

Absolute scam from start to finish. Saw an ad on TikTok and purchased 2 pod chairs. Initially all looked good and I was able to track my parcel that they ship from China. The logistics company they use, CJPacket, sent the tracking information and for well over a week I tracked the item at various stages. Once it arrived in the UK it was allocated to Yodel for delivery. A day later it was marked as delivered. I chased the delivery company who claimed it had been delivered through my letterbox to a property 40 miles away. I asked how they fit 2 pod chairs through a letterbox at which point they told me I was lying and they had delivered the items. I contacted Jordan at Alomie and they said they would speak to the logistics company and come back to me, they didn’t. I again contacted Alomie and they claimed that they had not actually dispatched my order, and would do so immediately with the offer of a free gift as an apology. At this point I believed it to be a scam and had my bank recover the money. Once again I received tracking details and went along with the fairytale they were spinning to see what happened. I again tracked the second phoney tracking details they provided and this time the parcel was again allocated to Yodel and again was posted to an address 100 miles away from mine. I contacted the company again to call out their scam and a guy called Jordan had the audacity to claim I was using “friendly fraud” to receive both the product and my money! Even though the tracking detail HE PROVIDED were not even for my address lol. What an absolute joke of a company. 4 weeks wasted dealing with this absolute disgrace of a company to then have them have the cheek to accuse me of defrauding them haha, never in my life have I met such an unprofessional company that twice provided tracking information that no way related to my order or my address. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Embarrassing.

Their website displays lots of ‘Trust Pilot’ reviews but there are none on here. I’ve googled to see if it is trustworthy and it is confirmed that they are a new company however showing reviews from 2023. I therefore haven’t ordered from them. I was going to order and pay with PayPal for some protection but they don’t accept PayPal.
