Ordered products on Feb. 6th. When they finally sent a mail the package had shipped - A MONTH LATER - it took a FULL WEEK before the package was actually released to the courier... And then the package was turned back at the Canadian border for reasons unknown - none of my other packages from other companies were returned at the border...!! I opened a ticket with the customer support, I replied to a general announcement received about returned packages - AND ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY 8 days later...!!! According to trackage the package has indeed been returned to Alphalete - and that also caused no reaction from them.
Honestly - if this is the service they offer they are not worth the effort - that is if this even is a real store...

Zuerst durfte ich 5 Wochen auf meine Bestellung warten. Zum Dank musste ich noch 30 € Zoll zahlen. Was in der Bestellmaske nicht angezeigt wurde. Die Anprobe machte die Situation nicht besser. Im Vergleich zu Gymshark Qualität (welche in etwa die selben Preise haben) verliert Alphalete mit ganz großem Abstand. Lose Nähte, Fusselstoff noch bevor es zum ersten Waschgang geht und für mein Geschmack keine schöne Passform. Als nächster Hammer kamen die Rücksendekosten von 30 € dazu. Jedoch fanden wir keinen Abnehmer für das Paket da auf dem mitgelieferten Rücksendelabel kein Zusteller aufgeführt ist. Hierfür sind knapp 2 Stunden Zeit drauf gegangen. Hermes bietet einen Versand von 15 € an, hierfür wird aber eine Telefonnummer vom Empfänger benötigt. Weder auf der Bestätigung noch auf der Webseite ist eine Nummer angegeben. Weder per Instagram noch per Mail vom Kundendienst erhielt ich eine Antwort auf meine Frage nach der Telefonnummer. Nun sind die 14 Tage vorbei und ich sitze auf 140 €. Für mich das schlechteste Aktiv Wear Unternehmen überhaupt. Habe schon ca. 15 verschiedene probiert. Lasst die Hände besser davon!

Although I like their products and have had fine experiences with them in the past, I recently discovered they’re customer service is non existent.

I placed an order on feb 6 and it didn’t even ship for about a month. Then, when it got to the Canadian border it was turned away and sent back to Alphalete. I submitted a ticket once I realized what happened asking for a refund. Their website says a typical response time is 3-5 days... it’s been 10 and no response. They sent a generic mass email apologizing for the delay and said to respond to the email regarding whether we would like a refund or for them to reship our items. The email said if you do not respond you will be automatically refunded within 3 days. It’s been 3 days and no refund. I’ve responded to the email now requesting the refund and still no response. I feel cheated and completely helpless. I know that it may not totally be their fault for the border rejecting the package, and I know part of the shipping delay had to do with the winter storm in Texas; however, there is no excuse for such a lack of customer support. What kind of reputable company has such abysmal customer service? I just want to talk to a human person who can help me with my issue but they ignore comments on social media and have not responded to my tickets...

Their email apologizing for the issue with shipping did include a 20% off discount code to use on their Canadian site once it launches so I will say that it seems they’re making an effort to appease affected customers but it’s just not good enough. After this experience even 20% off is not enough for me to risk another experience like this.

If you’re in Canada, do NOT order from this company. I placed an order on December 18th, it got turned back at the border, they’ve reshipped it and I still have not received it. 3.5 months later and it’s still ‘en route’. Unreal. Customer service takes days to respond and offer no proper resolution. Steer clear.

Customer service here is non existant expect to edit months for your order. Then when you do get it and there are issues with your order you will never be able to get a hold of anyone. I have no idea how this place is still in business.

I ordered my package at the beginning of February and it wasn’t confirmed for weeks and then was it was confirmed I saw that my jacket wasn’t even with my order. (i ordered leggings and a jacket) Once i emailed them about my jacket they said they weren’t able to send that so they’re gonna refund it. Then i couldn’t track my leggings and after a month of waiting I emailed asking where my package is and they email me back days later saying my package is being brought back to them and it could’ve been multiple reason. i’m so sick of the back and forth I ended up just saying i rather have a refund at this point because if i got it sent back here it probably wouldn’t be here till next year. i was so excited for my items i ordered but now i just want my money back. I wouldn’t order from here especially if you want you items quickly, also they are expensive.

Customer service here is a joke. One pair of the Amplify leggings that I bought for their sixth birthday sale ripped the day after it shipped. Customer service actually responded quite quickly and said they could refund me or send me an exchange. My size and colorway was still in stock the day they sent me this option, which I proceeded to respond with an exchange for the same item, and they did not respond for over a month. I then reached out again since the customer service agent was ignoring me for the last month and the SAME agent (Liseth) responds the day after my second outreach to CS with, “I’m so sorry, that item is now out of stock.” WELL IT WASN’T THE DAY I REQUESTED THE EXCHANGE AND THE FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH. Absolutely disgusting. How did they know my favorite hobby was wasting money? 🙄 GIVE ME MY REFUND.

Like many others I ordered from Alphalete UK on Feb 6th and never recieved my items. Weeks after I find out a parcel (not the same weight, price or shipping country) is waiting for me at customs. Asking Alphalete customer support was a nightmare (late replies, empty promises etc.). No help at all! So the parcel is now going back and I hope I will get a refund and forget this horrible experience as soon as possible. I highly advise you NOT to order from Alphalete - there are MANY, MANY other brands with similar or better products and way better customer service!

Same as everyone, i ordered a month ago and still not shipped by the sender

It’s been two months and I have yet to receive my order. Definitely my first and last order. Customer service replied once with a generic email and now haven’t heard back in weeks. 300$ went down the drain. I have no idea how are they still in business. It’s a fitwear Ponzi scheme basically. I also paid 21$ for express shipping so even if I get my order ever I’ll feel cheated of my money.

I’ve ordered a few times from alphalete. The quality of the product has definitely gone down over time. My first pair of sweats were excellent. Wore them every day or so for a couple years and we rev very durable. More recent purchases the quality of the product has gone down. Bought a work out shirt and it became really rough against my skin after a few uses and washes.

Most recently, I ordered a pair of pants that were on sale but they haven’t come yet. That was almost 2 months ago.

When I asked for a refund they wouldn’t give it to me. After I get my pants, likely won’t order from them again.

I recently ordered a pair of leggings and realized that I ordered the wrong size. I emailed customer service and received a prompt and courteous response. They handled the issue very well. I highly recommend this company. I believe some of these 1-star reviews are exaggerated and are not very accurate.

Ordered during their Nov Black Friday sale (2020) and got the package two days before Christmas (23rd). Literally bought last minutes backup gifts for my girlfriend thinking it wasn’t going to come in on time. Gave them the benefit of the doubt given it was Christmas time so they might have been struggling to keep up. The grey set I got her turned out to be see-through (thin), but figured it was due to the light colour so would (again) give them the benefit of the doubt. I love the designs so i decided to buy some clothes for myself at the birthday sale (Feb 6). Once the order went through, I didn’t get an email receipt but the transaction went through on my credit card. Had a ticket to talk to someone and after two weeks they finally sent me a receipt. Took about a month to ship from their warehouse (suspect) and made it all the way to the Canadian border just for Alphalete to RETURN THE ORDER BACK TO THEIR WAREHOUSE. No notification, no refund, no explanation. Have been again waiting for a week to talk to someone just to get my money back. They ignore you on social media and don’t have a public number to call. I’m not the only one to experience this. Do not WASTE your money here, they don’t deserve a dollar for they way they treat their customers. Garbage company. Wish I could give a rating lower than one star.

Ordered $150 worth of product for their birthday sale in February. Got the items and needed to exchange 3 of them; 2 for a smaller size and 1 for the same thing because what I got had an oil stain on it. Took 2 weeks to get a response but I gave them grace because of the cold weather they were dealing with. It’s been another 2-3 weeks and I’ve since followed up 4 times and have not heard anything. Reported to the BBB and at this point I just want my money back.

Snakes. My husband and I ordered over $350 of clothing on February 6, 2021. It is now March 22, 2021. No sign that the package has even shipped. Customer service sends an automated “apology for delays” but no human response. They stole my money.

I've ordered probably 3 times total from Alphalete. All of the orders (even non launch days) took almost 2 months to ship. The last order they did not reply to my emails/tickets for questions regarding my order, and the original package was completely lost. Don't order, Gymshark is just as good, if not better.

My bf got me the amplify leggings and shorts and honestly I couldn’t have been happier with them. I wear them constantly. HOWEVER, he ordered back in Nov 2020 and didn’t receive them until Jan 2021 (and for some reason the package was left on the doorstep ripped wide open.....). I liked the amplify collection so much that I ordered again for their sale on Feb 6. Still no sign of them. Unlike others I’ve been able to track my package... except the package was sent back to sender Mar 18... doesn’t state why. I’ve heard of other Canadians having the same issue. Really wish alphalete would do something about it.

Ordered in Feb, 6 weeks later I haven't received my order (which was very expensive), they don't reply to my emails or messages on Instagram. There is no tracking number. This company is a scam, they'll just steal your money and not actually send the product.

Ordered on feb 12th n yet to receive my items. Status on their page says it is shipped but when i tried tracking my shipment, tracking number not found and tracking attempt was unsuccesful. Already emailed them but no response. Till now i still have no idea what happened to my order. Hopefully will receive response from them and also my order soon!

I’ve ordered a few items over the years from this company and at first i thought maybe it was a faulty item. However, all of my items have shown to rip after a few wears.
Also, be prepared to wait 2 months + for shipping. It’s ridiculous. Never buying from them again!
