Purchased the VisionSync glasses, the order said LEX glasses. I received the VisionSync but these puppies were 100% fake. The lenses popped out of the frames when I first tried them on. The frame arms pulled my hair as I pulled them off of my head because the plastic is cheap and not finished, it has the mold pieces still there. The frames on the site showed nice hinges these have screws. The lenses are thin and the edges are rough not smooth and finished. They are also blurry one side more than the other. Then they are supposed to be photochromic were they get darker in the sun, well they dont do that either.
From the day I received the I have been emailing both of their email addresses and these poeple dont know what is mean when they put 100% money back guarantee on their website. I have begging them for my money back. I have send these people over 50 emails on how I can get my money back and all they do is pathetically say oh we are sorry you dont like your glasses just give it time to get used to the focus features. Hum they dont read. Finally after 40 emails they said they will give me a 30% refund. I said nope
Then I got an email about the use lightweight materials in their design.
Right lightweight you mean fake. Completely fake.
10 more emails they offered 40% back or send these back for a full refund. I asked them for an address so I can send them back, I said you should have offered this first thing.
That was 2 weeks ago, I have not heard a peep out of them.
I want my $39.00 back. I told my credit card company this was fraud and a scam, in which they are supposed to help me. They called one morning at 5:15 am my time to talk about this, yes 5:15 am. To some that would be OK not me.

If there is a zero star I would give it. This is a scam - the company advertised that its adaptive technology but what they send is cheap plastic glasses which has a sticker +3.50 and came in a cheap plastic envelope.

Despite emails to them, there was no response. So please beware

I purchased glasses from Alpine and they were absolutely useless. After wearing them, I felt dizzy, could not focus and had to take them off. I reached out to them and they said that I need to use them regularly to get used to it. However, when I did that, nothing improved and I started getting headaches.
I am convinced that I am cheated as they never mentioned about these side effects. When I wrote to them, they offered 40% refund, which I feel that I am being cheated. Can someone advise how they can be brought to justice and don’t cheat other customers?

I ordered a pair of so-called "SmartVision™" glasses from alpinewearshop.com, lured in by their advert promising AI-powered adaptive lenses, vision enhancement, translation features, and bone conductive sound. What arrived? A cheap pair of bog-standard plastic nonsense that do none of that. Total bait-and-switch!

When I emailed support at alpinewearshop.com for a refund on my order, I got stuck in an infuriating loop with what is clearly an automated bot pretending to be "Emily Carter". She (it?) kept repeating the same scripted nonsense – "escalating" my request, asking for more details I'd already provided, and even claiming no record of my refund escalation despite earlier promises. Days turned into weeks with zero progress, no human intervention, and no return address given. It's now over a week since my last chase-up, and they've gone silent. This isn't customer service; it's a deliberate tactic to wear you down and keep your money.

Alpinewearshop.com is a fraudulent outfit hiding behind bots and vague promises. Avoid them like the plague – they're not a real business, just scammers preying on trusting buyers. I've reported them to the Barclaycard, Shopify and Action Fraud, and I urge anyone reading this to do the same. Zero stars if I could! Barclaycard and Shopify, hang your heads in shame at letting these frauds continue business! TrustPilot, you really need to let us have "Minus Stars!"

The smart glasses arrived and will not connect with my phone. I was promised a follow up from the tech team which has failed to materialise, meaning I am left with a useless pair of expensive glasses that are not even useable as reading specs.
I keep asking for a refund, but somehow I doubt I'll see anything (through the glasses or any other way!)

The company is now denying that they actually sent me anything as their order number does not exist. I would seriously suggest that you do not waste your money and time dealing with these scammers

We have contacted numerous credit card companies and the FTC and have been informed that as of today this scam is now on their watch list. Just because they're given a platform on YouTube to advertise, doesn't make them legit. We purchased glasses and never recieved them. Beware, once "shipped" the tracking number they will issue you is fake. Everything up to the point of sale seems legit-including the slick website- until they have your money. Calls go unanswered, emails the same. Crickets. No point of contact for a refund. Besides AI responses, no customer service even exists. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMAPNY. IT IS A SCAM!

This is the worst company on the internet. Their products don't work and they will not give a refund. Paypal supports them and I lost my case. Don't use paypal either if you make an online purchase. The multifocus frames are a scam. They don't work.

Scam, Ordered multifocal glasses and paid top dollar for them ended up getting single lens +4 glasses which are useless, i can buy them locally for 10% of the price paid. They won't respond to emails and extremely disappointed with pay pal for having them as a customer and hey won't take any responsibility.

This company is a scam- the glasses that I received were 4.5 and way too strong and when I tried to return, they refused and said I had to wear them for a few days to get used to them. If I had, I would have lost the eyesight that I have! Please make people aware of this! Only gave 1 because you didn’t have minus 10!

Hi , seems hoax for me now, as I keep following up for months after I saw tracking mentioning it arrived in Dubai, am getting bot replies with no specific details

The company promises multi-focused glasses. They don't work and they won't do anything except exchange or maybe a partial refund. These glasses are cheap and cheaply made.

Even one star is waaay too much.
If you think about buying something: RUN!!

The "VisionSync Multifocal Glasses" that should apply to my eyes automatically and "magic" because of this "special liquid" within the lenses and turn into sunglasses are in fact cheapest plastic reading glasses +2.50 which are eligible to destroy my eyes finally.
Math: cheap plastic reading glasses made in China worth 0.50 Cents (EUR or USD, take whatever you want) sold for EUR 29 = I'm the idiot :-D

The refund process for this garbage is ridiculously slow and ends in a store voucher at Alpinewearshop...

Utter rip off. Can't get my order delivered. Can't get a refund, so they basically stole my money. Who can I contact to make a complaint with a governing body.

They are 100% scam... only thing professionel at this shop is how the steal your money and the buying platform.

I bought their magical glasses that should adjust to your eyes... got a cheap normal +2.5 worthless glasses that I couldn't wear at all as I am on one-2,75 and -2,5 on the other.

Refund or return they pull out... have been writing to them or with their AI for 2 months... nothing serious comes out of this...

They don't give a shit
