Few small parts were broken/cracked

Fantastic helpful and fast service after wanting some spares for a scaffold I bought five years ago. Parts arrived the following day, service could not have been better thank you.

The company and product definitely deserve five stars. However, the third-party delivery service merits a lower score. Unfortunately, the wooden platform and base unit arrived with damages incurred during transit, which were not immediately visible upon unloading. If you can't inspect everything right away, including fitting the wheels, be cautious before signing off, as damage might be present. It would have been wise to inquire about the signing process when ordering. On a positive note, the company was extremely accommodating and efficient in resolving any issues.

From ordering to delivery was blisteringly quick.The ladder received seems excellent quality, sturdy without taking up lashings of room. Yes very good.

Wooden platform and base unit damaged in transit - neither were obvious when unloaded. If you dont get chance to unwrap and check (including inserting wheels) - don't assume there wont be damage and sign accordingly - I should have asked how to sign for when placing the order. Company very helpful in sorting all things out.
