i ordered my window back in July. Aluminium trade windows quickly responded with confirmation of the order and asked me to confirm the sizes were correct. Since then, and despite numerous attempts (email and live chat) its been impossible to get an update on the estimated delivery time scale (despite their blurb saying this is provided within 72 hrs of ordering). I'm hoping the window is great, if it ever arrives, but I'm not holding my breath as their customer service/support is absolutely shocking

Great tracking app - delivery time was constantly updated and the driver arrived to the minute! Tony was polite, friendly and very helpful. Would def recommend and will purchase again

Great company to deal with and great price point for the windows. They answered all of my many, many questions prior to order. The order process was very straight forward and communication from order to delivery was excellent.
The windows themselves are of excellent quality and whilst I was nervous that the glazing came separately with the frames, the instructions for installing were comprehensive and easy to follow.
I would certainly recommend and use again.

Antony was very cheerful as soon as he arrived. He helped carry the windows and glass to wherever I specified. He answered my questions and chatted away about windows and his work. He was a pleasure to deal with and a lovely person all round.
