Promising tomorrow-delivery, failing to do that
They promise a tomorrow-delivery if you purchase until the end of the day. Well it is a scam. They did not fullfill their promise and managed to mess my order up. I do not recommend ordering from them if you want it quick because they just saying things so you will buy from them.

I purchased an external SSD on the 3rd May, when I made the order I saw the product will be delivered on the 7th or 8th. After I completed and paid , the confirmation email changed the expected delivery date to 16th May due to lack of stock. Not to mention they made me very confused as I noticed the OUTSTANDING AMOUNT row at the bottom. (I payed already!) Asked the customer service what is going on and they said probably someone else just purchased the same product in the same time I did so there were no more available SSDs in stock.... I rather cancelled the order then I got another confirmation of the cancellation saying nothing about transferring my money back so I had to send another email... what a hassle...
Horrible customer service and you can't trust the item you order
I bought a "new" product and it arrived missing a part. I made a complaint days ago and I still haven't heard anything back. When I contacted them, they told me that a colleague was already looking into it and to "be patient". I wrote two sentences in my complaint and attached two images. What is it taking this long for that colleague to check?
I ordered the item because I needed it. Now it's just sitting in the corner until they are sitting on my complaint.
Horrible customer service and you can't trust the item you order.
Use Amazon Deutschland: more expensive but at least you get the item
I ordered a product for rapid delivery. And then every day for a week I received an email apologizing for a delay and saying it would be delivered the next day. It wasn’t. I then raised it with customer service who promised it would be delivered the next day. It wasn’t. I still don’t have the item and customer service have decided not to reply further.
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. I ordered a product from them that guaranteed next day delivery, they kept delaying delivery over and over until I was forced to call and they admitted they 'lost the package' and they don't have anymore left, of course.
They lie about having products in stock, lie about the prices, lie about guaranteeing quick delivery, lie about cancellations and refunds. Don't trust their lies.
So much for the 'extended guarantee'
I have used Alza for several years, and spent several thousand euros with them.
When I purchased my young son's gaming headphones, we bought an extended guarantee that included replacement if the product broke within a year.
The product broke - the covers of the earpieces simply fell apart.
They said that was to be expected, and was not covered by the extra money we paid.
Back to Amazon for me.
Alza is detaining my laptop at the shop
Dear All,
Alza is detaining my laptop due to there was a mistake on the stamp that custom’s officer used when i was getting back VAT amount. The ownership of the laptop belongs to me. It is purchased on 24th June. I authorised Alza to send it to service for repairing, service repaired it and i wanted to take it back, however the seller (Alza) doesnt give me my laptop due to their worker didnt check the correct stamp date and made the payment. Now they are holding my own laptop and saying that they will not give back if i dont pay this amount back to them. I didnt give back the ownership of laptop to them, however they are doing this unlawfully. I want to get back my laptop or refund of the remaining amount. You have no right to make me wait for one more than one month. If you think stamp isnt correct go and open lawsuit for it to make correction or ask the money back, this doesnt give you the right of detaining it. It is MY LAPTOP NOT YOURS. You can not detain it unlawfully. Dont forget it is registered product under my name by the producer.

Teljes házhozszállítást kértem, régi készülék elszállításával, kicsomagolással, beszereléssel és csomagolás elszállításával. (7.990 Ft, mindkét opció ki lett pipálva!!) Kizárólag ezen szolgáltatás miatt választottam az Alzát. A régi gépet elvitték, de a szolgáltatás többi része nem valósult meg. A futár cég és az Alza egymásra mutogat, az ügyfél meg szív.

I don't know if the above quote is referring to me or to the Czech company at this point.
Well. I bought a LOGITECH G502 mouse and a LOGITECH G POWERPLAY mouse pad from our Czech friends in the hope that I wouldn't have to deal with charging my wireless mouse.
In February, one of them decided to stop charging wirelessly. Whether it was the mouse pad or the mouse, I don't know, so I returned both. Alza promptly replaced the mouse pad and the mouse was found not to be faulty. The stuff came back and it is just as bad with the new mouse pad. So on a trial and error basis the mouse will be the bad one. I have written to them, sent it back again. AGAIN THEY FOUND THAT THE MOUSE PAD IS THE BAD ONE. Oh well.... there can be defective products from the factory... The stuff came back, lo and behold, it's just as bad with the new mouse pad. Well, go back for a third time and see if your Czech friends realise that you should probably replace that mouse. Or not. That's what the quote above refers to. Because I'm an idiot for picking them, and they're not a hundred percenters at this point either.
Nah so, I don't recommend buying from Alza.hu.

They sell things that they actually don't have in stock and don't bother to inform you.
You can only find out when you contact them by yourself.
Update: the customer representative was friendly, picked up the phone in 2 minutes, and the money was refunded in 2 Business days.

Poor customer service
Two days after my first review, I have to update in order to be fair with the customer service operators that supported me. It hasn't been at all a good purchasing experience, not only because of the missed delivery of my goods, but also because the reaction time of the customer service to my complaints was unacceptable and the answers they gave to me were not accurate, not complete and confused. The following day I made clear my frustration for their way of doing and suddenly they started to provide a decent service. We closed the complaint in the evening. I raise my evaluation from 1 to 3 star, as an average between a first terrible day and a second brilliant day if service. Next time don't start to work properly only when you feel that s customer is full of anger.

Good eshop but ...! Infantile and unprofessional communication. In a business relationship, employees refuse to introduce themselves by phone in their full name and the name they represent. Some do not even know which company they represent, they only know the word ALZA. Communication at the level of high school buffet, cheap staff, incompetent management.

A very modern company
Woaw, i am very surprised to see bad reviews here. I bought a lot of things from Alza.hu and i never had problems. I also returned products without problems (because i didn't liked them: for example once i bought a Bluetooth earbuds and i didn't liked how they fit in my ears).
Decent offers
Decent offers, usually the best price for the given product. Had no issues with delivered products for years. There was one product that had some malfunctioning after less than 2 months, but it was replaced in short time as well via the post. So they are a very solid company.

Poor Customer Service/Even Worse Resolution
I ordered a game a month ago, it was supposed to be delivered on the 17th of March. I had to call them 8 times in order to get a clear answer... no feedbacks, no package and now they are saying that I need to fill out some forms in order to get the money back. The problem is that the game is only being sold until the end of this month, so I will have to process the order somewhere else while I still wait for my refund. I lost my trust in their services completely!! Order 436240169

We bought a 16 piece Tefal dish set with two handles for 150 Euros. Last week one of the handles broke, we contacted ALZA for our 10 year warranty. We were told that we have to return the whole 16 pieces set, and they will investigate if the handle can be repaired or just replaced, which will take about 3 weeks. The price of one handle is about 15 Euros so they could just give us a new one, the other thing is that during Christmas we can not cook without the dishes. But they don`t care. Very bad company, avoid them!

Mivel kidobtuk az eddigi edenyeinket, ezert se kedvunk, se lehetosegunk nincs Karacsonykor edenyek nelkul fozni, ezert csak mindenkinek azt tyudom ajanlani, hogy messzirol keruljek el ezt az aruhazat. Nem veletlenul buntette meg oket a gazdasagi versenyhivatal 892 millio forintra tisztessegtelen reklamozas miatt.
