We wanted something to honor our cat's memory and the metal sign we received was perfect. It was classic and beautiful, just like she was! Ordering was very easy also. Great quality!

I am unhappy with the lack of communication. There is no customer telephone number to call, and my email was not answered in a timely manner.

Lesson learned. I will never do business with a company with no telephone number.

The ordered stated led lights and it didn't come with one.they emailed me and said it was not that's BS.oh well won't be ordering ever again ..those led lights are cheap and you say an extra $40 bucks . not even close....

The ordering process was and seamless, the sign was professionally done, nice tight detailing with no metal burrs and shards. To top it all off it came with a very nice coat of finished paint.

The shipping packaging was totally top notch, well fitted slender box and all the necessary padding. Yes they went beyond to make you know you are getting a top notch product.

I will most certainly purchase from them again, and in the near future too. Overall doing business with this company was a great experience.
