This company has been completely terrible to work with. Calling their main line has gone to voicemail every time. Our customer service representative is impossible to get a hold of. And the process to get our asset tags was painstakingly long. We will be recommending any other company.

I appreciate the patience your team had while we took forever to make our order but I was a little perturbed by how bad the first edit of our tags came out. The company name was completely misspelled and the Asset number wasn't included. How would we be able to enter anything into our asset tracking system without being able to relate the number to the code? Ultimately we got what we needed after a few rounds of feedback.

After communicating through email, Camcode reached out to a video call to further understand my unusual project to thoroughly assess the best solution for my needs. They were pleasant, thorough and enthusiastic about working together to provide the best product and pricing possible.

My order was processed and delivered on time.

Price was unreasonable and expedite fee not good either. Communication was marginal and slow. Would never use this service if not mandated by customer

I had requested groups of orders as I had laid out in an order sheet. When delivered they where labeled and grouped as requested but once sorting out tags several had been put into bundle. Minor but still caused a lot of extra sorting effort.
