Easy to place order to collect from a branch.
An earlier on line order for home delivery had gone lost and was unreliable and thus had to make it order and collect.
Arnav at Harrow branch was very good and helpful.

Really lovely snacks
Really lovely snacks, so tasty. Both the savoury and sweet ones are great, especially the Ferrari chevda and my son loves the dhalmooth. I also like the ladoo very much, and the pistachio barfi.
Delivery is fast and all items are fresh.
Highly recommended!

Terrible Delivery service
DPD made a mess of delivery everyday and blamed Ambala for incomplete address. The delivery charges were same as the price of the sweets ordered. Never again

I did an online order for collection
I did an online order for collection. Everything was ready on time and good. The only complaint is that I purchased the mixed barfi box and I was given no pista barfi and no chocolate barfi when I opened it at home - the box had two types of barfi in it only.

The product was delicious and well…
The product was delicious and well made. Had decent amount of dry fruits and well worth the price. It was made on time and worth every penny we pay. I would love to recommend it.
Only thing was i was told by the lady receptionist that i will get a free sweets if i order online but the offer was only for in store ordering when i went to collect the weets . Wonder why different versions were told.

So good we can order excellent sweets. I don't live near a store so being able to mail order is great. The delivery service has plenty of options and is quick and reliable. The sweets are great too!
