Great service. Claire done an amazing job at arranging my trip to Florida.

We just booked our cruise through American Holidays and from start to finish the customer service was fantastic. Audrey was my first point of contact and her knowledge of the cruise, the cities we will be staying in and everything else in between was just brilliant and so reassuring. The same for Tracey and Sarah when i spoke with them today. It will be our first cruise and it is a big expense so the reassurance from all of the team there was just brilliant. You know instantly they are highly experienced in all areas of booking a trip to the USA and Canada and I have to say after my experience with them for this trip I will be booking all of my future trips with them. Highly recommend.

I inquired with many Irish travel agencies in regards to booking a cruise and a trip up to Orlando and hands down, Audrey Joyce at American Holidays was the standout. Nobody was able to come near the guidance and expertise that Audrey had! From the minute she called me, she advised around better times to travel in order to get near our budget. Throughout the process, she offered stellar advice from flight times, to activity ideas for our stop in Miami, then recommendations for when on the cruise and again, for Orlando. She didn't oversell, but used her own experiences to tailor our upcoming holiday better. This will be our first time doing a cruise and stay trip, but thanks to Audrey, it will be effortless as she even thought about our hire car and how we realistically only need it to get from Miami to Orlando so booked just a day for us to save on car park fees. Even down to giving us tips on what to bring on the plane for our picky eater! Amazing service! I will say that I went in clueless about planning this sort of trip as it was just an idea that grew around asking the kids what they wanted to do for Christmas this year as we travel abroad each year for it and now it's a reality with 2 very excited kids looking forward to spending Xmas day on the beach!

Booking went excellent Ali from the Belfast Branch looked after our booking and gave us great advice about our up and coming Holiday.
