The staff were amazing, really informative and were able to help get the best deal for when I wanted my holiday. The girl was also able to give me some excellent places I can travel to when I’m on holiday.

We booked the Norwegian fjords cruise, we dealt with Audrey Joyce, she was so helpful and so nice to deal with, she deserves a raise in her wages, you are very lucky to have her on your team,thanks Audrey for all your help.

We had the best experience booking our New York trip with Megan at American Holidays! She was so knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions we had and made sure everything was organised for us, which gave us great peace of mind. I honestly couldn’t recommend Ashling highly enough.

I initially contacted American Holidays with fairly low expectations that they would be able to put together the kind of Florida trip I wanted within my budget, particularly as we were looking for a multi-stop holiday rather than a straightforward package. Ashling completely exceeded my expectations.

From the very beginning, she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and planned the trip with an incredible level of detail. She thought of so many of the little things that I simply wouldn’t have considered myself, and both calls and email were friendly, informative and genuinely helpful. Nothing ever felt rushed or like too much trouble.

What impressed me most was that she didn’t just find us a holiday within budget — she put together a trip that genuinely ticked every box while still offering fantastic value. I came away feeling that a huge amount of thought had gone into getting the right holiday for us rather than simply selling us a package.

Planning a trip like this can easily become overwhelming, but Ashling made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable and gave us real confidence that everything had been properly thought through.
