bad communication, still no site
I initially had a logo made by them for a new venture. That part went fairly smoothly and I elected to move forward with having them create a website. This is where they dropped the ball. The communication and satisfaction became horrific and I still do not have a site up. They lied about where they are based out of (I have no reason to believe they are in the US), and I have been shuffled between two reps. The final straw has been them insisting I schedule time with them on a Saturday, then they no call / no showed me. My website, which isn't complex, is over a month past due now and there are quantifiable negative data points reflecting how this is impacting my business. I can't recommend you go elsewhere enough. I would have had better result figuring out how chatgpt could have written my website.

Communication ok. Execution ok. Listen to what the customer wants ok. Know what you want is ok. Just focus on the details that matter, ok. Have patience on both sides, then it will be ok. Result ok, so what else?

What I wanted he Delivered. I Wanted a LOGO that stood out in my Business, and he made it happen. The Color, the font, the appearance of it all stood out. I was very happy with the design
I was very happy with the design. I had 3 options to pick from. All three options were beautiful!! The preview design was completed within the time frame. The person that worked on my design was very attentive to my needs.
