From Ignorance to Awestruck
First of all, I need to wholeheartedly apologize to Jay and his team. The ignorance in me just didn't think getting a logo created would go this smooth and easy. I'm just a regular guy trying to get a beef jerky company started, so I don't have much money to spare and every cent counts. I wanted to build a brand so first thing that came to mind was getting a logo to represent the brand, I turned to Google for help. Jay's company (americanlogoartist.com) was one of the first to pop up, I went on the site and was instantly connected to chat with a Jay Martin. I was more than excited! I sent the payment to get the work started. Jay Bradley reached out to me....Now listen up!! This is where the ignorance in me kicked in...due to a certain stereotype, when I spoke to Jay, the name to me didn't fit the accent. I started to think it was a scam, because the payment I made went to a different website (creativewebmaster.com).
I felt really uneasy, but I spoke with Jay again, and guess what?!?! He was always reachable, on top of all that, he was always kind and ready to address any of my concerns. Truth is, I was really sketchy about all this. In the end, Jay delivered a logo beyond my expectations. I know I was not the easiest person to work with, but he put me in my place, in which I'm very glad he did. We finalized the logo today and he sent all the master files as promised. I came into this without a single clue of what I wanted. I just described to him what my plans were and he brought it to fruition. I am honestly humbled by this experience, and to Jay, I thank you so much and I cannot apologize enough for my behavior! I definitely got his number saved and plan on coming back for the business cards and web designs. To all that is giving something like this a try for the first time, believe you me, I know the feeling of excitement and anxiety, but you definitely can put your fears to rest, Jay is the real deal.

customer service was incredible.
