I emailed about an eta and got no response, the phone number listed goes straight to voicemail and then a text saying to email, its been more than 12-14 days and my jacket still hasn’t shipped. Just wanted a sundance kid jacket instead im waiting to see if they respond before I file a dispute with paypal. If anyone here orders from this site beware that no one answers and it is very likely a scam

I cannot say how pleased I am with the level of customer service I received from this company! I was in desperate need of a very unique costume and had already been turned down by 2 other companies but America Suits had the option to purchase it and at a reasonable price. It was the Tim Burton Willy Wonka portrayed by Johnny Depp. They got it done in expedited time and sent it on it's way to me. When I received it, I was not satisfied by the color and did reach out to the customer service email which responded very quickly to my concerns. They quickly got to work on producing another coat to my specifications and got it to me in time for event this weekend. The new coat is so beautiful and the fit is immaculate! I cannot wait to wear it and will be the best dressed. Now, you might be asking yourself, if there was a hiccup in the process why the 5 star rating because first the customer service representative was efficient and patient through the whole process and second the outcome was a beautiful coat and a satisfied customer. Working in customer service myself, I understand how frustrating living up one's customers expectations can be and especially when they are a perfectionist like me. I will definitely be keeping this company bookmarked for future purchases. Great job, America Suits, I appreciate all your hard work and excellent customer service!

Purchased a Cody Rhodes coat for my son to attend a wrestling event in and it came out perfect. Delivered just in time as they said. The coat was such a hit Cody Rhodes personally came over to my son and took a picture with him.

I bought this coat for my girlfriend eventually I want to surprise her with this coat not just the quality but the delivery is also on time and I received what I saw in pictures looking forward to buy more stuff on winters

SCAM, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I ordered a jacket on the 15th of April had an email on the 27th it had been shipped. By 12th of May still had not arrived so sent an email asking for a update and radio silence. I am now down £100+ with no jacket and no way of getting my money back as they have basically stolen my money. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Printed durron pink coat looks great I would reccommend to order a size up it is just a bit tight but they send me the replacement quiqly

The absolute worst quality and design. Should be a crime

I ordered a jacket last year around May. They sent me the wrong size, a very poor version of the design I had chosen, and faux leather instead of real leather. The jacket is painted or dyed with a black paint, every time I used a lighter shirt it would get painted and ruined.
It’s been a year and I have attempted to get my full refund, but I haven’t yet. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and worst place to buy a jacket. They will ruin your nice clothing and won’t ever had an ounce of respect to answer and fully refund you.

This is a scam company, On 2/17/22 I purchased the Marlboro Man Shearling Jacket for $193.98 received it on 3/14/22, it ended up to be the wrong size, the size chart was inaccurate. On 4 attempts via e mail I requested a refund/return infor. the company never responded. My request for a refund has fallen on deaf ears. Its has been over 3 months. At this point I am at a financial loss of $198.98. Do not buy from this company...spread the word and tell your friends.

I still have not received the item I ordered. The tracking number they provided is inaccurate. They have not responded after I demanded for a refund. Do not buy from this seller.

Recently purchased the Hades jacket off their website for our family’s Descendants Halloween theme. I was excited someone even made such a unique item. HOWEVER…not only was there communication process inadequate, from lack of proper shipping updates (tracking information), to the described shipping out times from their website, but the product itself was completely different from the one shown on the website. It was purple not blue and the paint job itself was so poorly done, and the gold shoulder patches were cheap looking fake wide rhinestone’ish ribbon strand that was even cut crooked and glued on. I tried in fairness to contact the company with pictures showing what I had received and if that was the product they intended to ship. Thinking perhaps it wasn’t completed. They have not responded. I am left to try and paint all the details on myself. My overall experience was poor and I would not recommend this company. Poor communication and VERY poor quality.

They have gotten back to me and will be sending me a new trench coat.

I received a large trench coat. The size label is somewhat inside the lining but it looks like an L. The bag it came in says 2L Galaxy so I am not sure if was supposed to be an XL size instead. However the color looks great, large size fits okay. I will enjoy wearing this while I watch Guardians of the Galaxy and Avengers movies in 4K.

I ordered a jacket from this site that I saw on a movie which looked to be very high quality. The jacket I received, although nice, was not the same quality and incredibly small and I asked to return it. The company promptly answered all my numerous emails and kept me posted on my return and quickly refunded my money. I would consider this to be a very reputable company to deal wit

Never ever order from here it take 1 month to get your package and it not the same jacket as advertised has no labels or return label these people scam you i order a jennifer lopez package came with no brand it wasnt the jacket i order the fur cheap poor wasnt the same color it look like some one burn it chew it up horrible horrible for 180.00 ripped off mo return label uff uff uff. A nightmare

I had previously purchased a jacket from the company's website, and I wanted to buy another one of the same type. The second that was sent to me was similar, but it was not the same jacket.

I contacted the company through email, and explained the situation. I stated that I was prepared to exchange jackets upon the arrival of the correct one. I did initially get a response indicating the jacket was being shipped. Several weeks passed, and it did not arrive.

I sent several emails requesting the name of the carrier along with the tracking number. None of my emails were answered by the company. It is for this reason that I am giving the company a one star review.
