In this case, I tested multiple items from this vendor across different compounds and even involved additional subjects to rule out individual variability. Across several of these products, I did not observe the expected effects or consistency.

I reached out directly and made a clear effort to resolve things fairly. I did not request a full refund—instead, I limited my request to a subset of items and even offered to accept store credit. I also accepted responsibility for products already used during testing and did not include those in my request.

he response was that no resolution would be considered without third-party lab testing, specifically requiring Janoshik reports. While I understand having a policy, this effectively places the entire burden on the customer, as independent testing can be costly and impractical. No flexibility was offered, even on a limited number of items as a goodwill gesture.

Returns were also declined, which I understand from a resale standpoint, but combined with the strict testing requirement, it leaves customers without a realistic path to resolution if issues arise.

Communication remained polite, but the approach felt very rigid and policy-driven rather than customer-focused.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing carefully evaluate the risk, particularly in terms of post-purchase support and resolution options.

To clarify, while I initially raised broader concerns after losing confidence in multiple products, I later narrowed my request substantially in an effort to find a fair middle ground. I limited the request only to the specific items that were actually tested and consistently produced no meaningful results, which represented only a small portion of the overall orders (roughly 18% in value). I even offered store credit as an alternative, which was never addressed. Shortly afterward, my account was closed.

Regarding unopened products, I specifically separated those items and only asked whether batch-specific COAs or documentation could support confidence in those lots before deciding how to proceed with them.

I also openly acknowledged throughout our communication that independent testing is expensive and impractical for many individual customers, which is why I attempted to resolve the matter directly and reasonably first.

I appreciate that communication remained professional throughout, and I have tried to maintain the same approach on my side as well. My review simply reflects my personal experience with the products tested and the resolution process that followed.
