i should have checked reviews first. ordered item 23/1 showing 3-5 day despatch arrived 12days later post mark 3 days previous. much too late . started convoluted return process immediately and sent item back 18/2 recorded delivery . since then nothing. as previous reviews no response whatever to numerous emails re my refund. I’d give lower if I could. The wrong order was sent and we have been going backwards and forwards for A YEAR! To get them to send the item or issue a refund. Do not buy from this company

Weeks n months of waiting then wrong item delivered first time, sane secobd time and third time they sent wrong size.

For the second time 2 knee supports delivered when I ordered the vastly more expensive magnetic shoulder back support vest. All this after chasing many times via email. I was assured as my item was from China it was on way. Waited patiently and wrong size delivered this time. Customer service emailed saying they would speak to manager and manufacturer and would respond to me ASAP. Waiting 3 days now and no reply. Could it get any worse?

Resolution at its finest

whew. So there was a bit of back and forth with this site I cannot lie.i grew frustrated. But overall I’m happy that we were able to resolve the issue we had. I would’ve given 5 stars but I had to dock two points because i felt like I was being played I 100% thought it was a scam site. However they were helpful (most of the time). good customer service Affordable items, speedy delivery. All the works. Thank you for working with me even though I came across a bit hostile.

(UPDATE: Please stop responding to me and please stop lying. You’re incredibly unprofessional and I have raised a payment dispute with Lloyds. You refunded me ONLY AFTER I chased you ONCE AGAIN??? Your audacity is shocking. Absolutely atrocious, appalling, horrible. And you continue to lie!!!!! A hypocritical and condescending style of writing emails does NOT equal good customer service. So by posting our entire correspondence (just as you have done with everybody else that left you a negative review here) is LAUGHABLE and will only serve to further prove your inadequacy, incompetency and lack of professionalism as a so-called “business”. Congratulations on that. What a nightmare.) Flagging my comment because you can’t issue me with my refund after you safely received the item!!! I will be filing a formal complaint, I’m actually disgusted and this is too much stress for one person to handle. I purchased hand held vacuum cleaner from them. It has been working fine ever since. I am happy that i can finally go to the corners that i couldn't before. I would highly recommend them.

Poor customer service and products

The products I bought (neck massager and back support) were of poor quality. They took longer to arrive than was committed. You need to submit a photo to get approval to return a product. It took another five days to get approval after I chased, The return instructions are designed to reduce the amount you get refunded. Poor customer service and substandard products.

Absolutely terrible customer service, lack of interpersonal skills, don’t communicate between each other. One person says one thing and one person says another.

They have £18.99 of mine and refusing to give me a refund of a product I never received.

Hope you are well ? I have taken a look at your case closely. When you placed your order, you gave a different address, and after 5 days you wrote to us to change your address. If there is an address change, we do request customers to have the address.

I can see that our customer representative has mentioned that we are happy to replace it again for free. Then it escalated to our senior manager, which is when they decided not to send you the replacement because we did send you the order to the original shipping address. I ordered pearls to wear for my daughter’s wedding late on the Sunday evening before the wedding on the following Friday. I had an email reply straight away was a really nice message & said they would try to get them delivered on time. They actually arrived on the following Tuesday, were perfect and excellent value. I notice reviews are mixed but personally I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Poorly constructed expensive tat yet site only seems to have 5-star reviews for all their products

I posted my strong views on your company and product on Trustpilot (order #16899); in my view it is totally dishonest not to put up all genuine ratings (including two of my own!) for products from customers; it seems you only put up the 76000+ 5-star ratings and I wouldn't be surprised if many of these are fake. This product was expensive, shoddily made and was fully broken after just over three months - I threw it away; 328/328 5-star reviews? Trustpilot reveals a high level of discontent with you, 36% rating you as "Bad".

I'm contacting Google ads as well to report your perfect 5-star ratings!

Postscript:
How dare you make a statement "we deem as you as our competition only trying to discredit us", with no evidence - and I did provide the order number (see above) and previously on Trustpilot (before being updated) and to your website, the condition of the item along with photos; I'm a private citizen who bought your product relying on the 5-star rating in google ads; I hope your shocking statement reveals to TP and others the true nature of your company, and I'm sending that awful statement to Google ads too!.
