Don't trust them, they are not the best price online

I bought a facial/body machine and a sauna blanket from Ammpoure but I found an identical product of both in Amazon less than half of the price. I feel deceived as its website did say "the best price online". I asked for refund of the excess payment. They asked me to return them (at my own cost of course). They said that the refund will be based on the condition of the return package. I found that it was too much trouble and costly. I have no time to go to the post office. Besides, I used the 2 items already and cannot guarantee the condition is up to their standard. I don't feel comfortable to return them. I think I would just forget about the overpayment, but would like to warn everyone that make sure you compare the price before you pay.
My complaint is: they SHOULDN'T SAY "The best price online"

I would like to let you know that even on Amazon you will find several suppliers of the same product with different prices. When we launched the product we were the most competitive. In due course of time obviously there are now new suppliers who enter the market and bring down the retail price. But the question is would you trust them ? We are here atleast responding to you.

Product arrived well packed and works very well. Delivery time was 2.5 weeks, so OK but could have done with a delivery status report, a minor issue though.

Scam, do not buy

I think everyone should be aware not to buy any electrical items from here-or anything full stop. First of all the device didn't arrive on time. I paid for 4 days DPD fast delivery. It took over a week for me to receive the item.

I bought a fat cavitation device (handheld). The plug that was provided didn't work so i went out of my way to buy a replacement as i was eager to use the device. Upon buying a replacement plug, i didn't feel any heat from the device, the power would turn off every 5 seconds and today smoke started coming from the device. These products are scams and hazardous. Please do your research before ordering from them. Utterly appalling.

You wont believe how bad they are. NO STARS.

After three months. About 20 emails to Ammpoure and PayPal. Too much stress and annoyance for an old man. I almost gave up a handful of times but I finally got my money back on the 16th May after filling in a review sent from them. I have all emails. The one dated 10th March is the best. Your return request is rejected. No reason.

I would say if things go right with an order then all's well. ANYTHING GOES WRONG THEN YOUR IN TROUBLE. I will never use this company or Aspirado Trading again.

I am waiting for a parcel which has not…

I am waiting for a parcel which has not arrived it was ordered on the 5th April and said it was delivered on the 6th April and then it says dispatched on the 10th. Does not make any sense. I rang up the Royal mail and they said I have been given the wrong tracking number, total scam. He said they are a chinese company. I have tried finding there phone number from there address and the address with there name on it does not exist.
