I have removed the comment and updated from 1 to 3 stars They have now contacted me but the information on trustpilot is not correct that is an older email the replacement did not fit but hopefully will be sorted so will adjust accordingly once I get the refund

Update on previous review. Order arrived after 26 days. The item was broken, the packaging was not original and so I suspect it is a previously returned item. There is no clear direction on the web site with regards returns. I have never left a review before but this experience has left me so cross, I could never recommend this company.

Received my item which broke as soon as I tried to put it on. Sent three emails asking for a refund with no reply. I would avoid this company if I were you.

Have not received my item which will be returned the second it arrives. The website states garunteed email reply , 3 emails later I’m still waiting for a reply. Avoid at all costs. In reply to you showing emails you can clearly see I asked the order to be cancelled . It had not been shipped. I have also requested on at least 3 occasions for the contact details of your head office which have all been ignored.
