very happy with my purchase. delivery people were so helpful and cheerful very good people. Assembled the bed for me. nice quality work. I am definitely buying more from them.

After 5/6 replacement parts, damaged parts, missing pieces, incorrect bed problems which has taken months to resolve. Further issues have become noticeable!

Currently in debate with this company over the top of the gas lift storage part of the bed that the mattress sits on has warped in between the timber frame. Has anyone else has this problem?

I’ve spoke to numerous different bed companies and they say it’s a manufacturing problem and is not normal however amore are saying it is.

This is my second purchase with Amore for good reason. Fantastic quality bed for a very reasonable price. Delivery was well organised and I was given a 1 hour window slot which was really helpful. The drivers were polite and professional and a great nights sleep to follow. Highly recommend. 👍🏻

Good service and looking good

Our bed is lovely but not quite the same colour or material as the sample I was send before I ordered. That's why I gave a 4 star. It also doesn't have the legs that it shows in the picture. The customer care was great and delivery was on time. Luckily I did like the bed that was delivered or the star would have been lower. Not the bed I ordered but I love it anyway.

I have changed my review to a 5☆ because the after care from customer service was amazing. New bed arrived today. I had no problem with changing it to the correct bed.

I highly recommend this company. Great price and beautifully made beds.

Timely delivery with expert assemble, Sturdy and lovely bed. I’m happy with my purchase and will definitely revisit if I do decide to change the kids bed.

The bed itself is what I wanted. I had a custom base, taller footboard (20 inches vs 16 inches) and 90 inch headboard.

The team, when you get someone technical, were very helpful and friendly. The online chat person is the most informative and responsive.

Whoever created my custom base understood my brief and did a great job. I'm very pleased I asked for this as the bed comes with an awkward gap as standard and I'm not sure who would find a 2 inch gap beneficial. I'm also pleased I had a taller footboard to hide where the mattress sits on the base. My duvet hides this join down the sides of the bed, so it worked out okay, though the coloured fabric doesn't extend under the mattress even slightly so this would look ugly if I hadn't hidden it.

If you prefer to talk to someone on the phone, take your business elsewhere, they almost never answer their phone and on the one occasion I did get through the person I got had no knowledge or care.

Some of their team are clearly better at their jobs than others as I got the same call, twice, to ask the same question about my order, which if it was so important should really have been asked at point of order.

There are some tacky fake chrome details around the drawers, which weren't visible in the online pictures. I'm not a fan of these so will be removing.

The delivery team they chose to use are beyond useless. The delivery window is very wide with no van tracking, which you only get after asking repeatedly. They were late with no apology, just blamed traffic. They were rude and unprofessional to speak to. They also dragged the parcels across my expensive hard floor, which wrapped in plastic to protect the bed successfully scratched my floor. I have nothing positive to say about the delivery people and it is most certainly not "premium delivery" as quoted on their website.

The fabric colour choices are good, samples were useful. The timeframe was reasonable, 2 weeks between order day and delivery day.

The drawers don't come lined which I felt was cheap and stingy for a bed that retails over £1,500.

I like my bed overall but there are clearly areas for improvement within the service and finer details.

Had our bed delivered today! The quality of the bed is unreal, it looks amazing & pictures just don’t do it justice! The guys who delivered and assembled the bed were amazing, thorough and professional and had it assembled in minutes! Customer service from Carol has been spot on since ordering the bed and receiving it! 100% recommend to everyone!

Our bed arrived last weekend and I must say it is definitely the bed of our dreams! We orderer the Orlando Wingback Bed and it looks absolutely fantastic. Cream Naples fabric color suited our decor perfectly and the delivery men we very polite and professional too. Its amazing how they provide free assembly too where we didn't even have to move a limb LOL. Would absolutely recommend Bed Creed to everyone.

i don't recommend this company. here is why. i ordered a double bed everything was very smooth until i got the bed. first issue is headboard was not for a double bed when i take measurement it was way too small and a gap from the base was almost 3cm and my mattress did not fit at all. Second issue however i put my mattress also a gap on the base like 1cm on the bottom side and they said new headboard will fix those issue we going to send you new one which is fine and then guess what on the delivery day for new headboard broken van on motorway !!! top of it no one contacting you to say whats happening you just sitting a home and waiting !!!!

Bed is beautiful

Really nicely made bed which you can feel is more sturdy than the average but still looks amazing. Lovely soft velour and easy to assemble. Would recommend!

Fantastic company. Some of the colour swatches I wanted were not on the list but they happily sent them to me on request. The bed head and box we ordered is fantastic quality. So luxurious. The seat at the end of the bed is really well padded and comfortable. Far better than we had expected. Delivery was very fast even though it was December. Definitely use them again and will recommend to everyone.

Too good to be true?

Ordered my bed in the black Friday deal. Great deal and the product looked great.

Received an email to confirm a delivery date which I did. A confirmation email was sent to advise I would receive a timeslot the day before or on the morning of delivery.

The day before, nothing. The day of delivery, nothing. I rang the office at 09:30 when a lady advised she would chase the couriers and call me back. She didn't, but she did send an email with a timeslot which went into my junk. I must of rang the office 12+ times over the course of the day and nobody answers. I actually thought I had been scammed at one point. Whats the point of an office number if nobody answers it?

I got another email late in day advising there was an error with my contact number on file which I rectified. I asked within 60 seconds of their response if my delivery was still going ahead as we were near the end of my 2 hour slot. No response from them. My delivery slot has now passed and no delivery.

I took the day of work. Sat in all day and by the looks of things for nothing.

**Update** the courier just randomly showed up around 19:40 this evening. No call or warning. The bed is very well made, and the finish is excellent. The bed alone deserves 3 stars but today's fun has just ruined the experience.

Amore has provided great service from the beginning, I received replies to my emails very quickly, delivery was scheduled and I kept being informed on delivery time, which I appreciate. The bed is stunning! Perfect and very good quality. Thank you Amore!
