DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
The communication is terrible. They do business through what’s app rather than the phone number they have. The couriers they use an equally as bed my bed was due to be delivered between 10-1 and well after 6pm it still hadn’t arrive. The only excuse I was getting was traffic. In the end I cancelled the order as the bed did not come. I told the driver to keep it.

Really happy with both the product and the service! The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish.

I placed my order and received a call the very next day to let me know that my bed would be delivered the following day. On the day of delivery, I received another call confirming they would arrive at 11:45, and they arrived exactly on time.

The delivery team were very friendly, professional and efficient. They assembled the bed, made sure everything was perfect, and the whole process went smoothly.

Excellent service from start to finish, and I'm really pleased with my new bed. Would highly recommend!

I wouldn't even give 1star, poorly manufactured bed absolutely horrible quality of beds. If I was bothered to go through hassle of returning I would have but this is second company to let me down in terms of finishing and quality of beds. Couldn't go through it again. Would not recommend to anyone.

We ordered swatches to decide exactly what colour and material we wanted, they arrived very quickly. Our bed took only 3 days from ordering to get delivered and our delivery/Assembling team Wasim and Kammi were brilliant. Polite, respectful and very efficient! Would definitely recommend Top Notch Furnishers!

Where do I start with this appalling company. We ordered a king size manhattan bed from this company. It arrived Wednesday 30th September 2026, missing the slats and the bolts/screws. Tried to get hold of the company it was awful. Wouldn’t answer the phone only communication was by what’s app and that was ignored for hours. Still haven’t received the parts 5th October and the bed can’t be used. If the parts don’t arrive we will have to send it back and get a refund and notify the card company for a charge back.

Avoid this company the customer service is shocking the quality of the bed is awful. We have found a small hole in the head board. Wish we had used a decent company instead of this one.

UPDATE: via whatapp a very rude customer service person is saying that the item was sent out on Saturday and DX knocked on my door. We were home all day and when I click on the tracking link it’s saying we have received your details and waiting on the item this was Thursday. They have shut the chat on what’s app and amazon. Dreadful customer service definitely one of the worst we have dealt with. And being told to take down a review is beyond a joke !!!!!!!

Replying so when clicking on your link on amazon it takes you to your website and also your number that was used on WhatsApp is the one that appears on your website link from amazon. Plus the email address also links to your website and I have had correspondence from yourselves via email. So I would say it is the right company and you are just trying not be associated with a terrible service.

"UPDATE 2: The company is now actively falsifying delivery details. They claimed a replacement was sent via DX and a delivery was attempted on Saturday. However, entering the tracking number (7097293905) into the DX portal shows the package is only at 'label created' stage and was never handed to the courier. They are fabricating delivery attempts to buy time."

"UPDATE 3: Deception fully exposed. The company's copy-paste reply claiming I bought from a different 'Amazon seller' is a deliberate trick. They run an Amazon store under the name 'softsleep ltd' operating out of the EXACT same address: 2nd Floor, Eastborough Mills, Dewsbury, WF13 1PA. They are using their alternative trading names to lie to customers and manipulate Trustpilot reviews. Bank dispute is officially active."

Amazing company great bed but better staff always so helpful help me out multiple time building the bed and even took time out of there day to FaceTime me to help I appreciate the dedication the staff have to help u with everything u need .

The people who delivered the bed were very helpful, and quick and efficient. Couldn’t of asked for better service thank you.

sound lads and fast delivery

I purchased a bed on Saturday, I had the bed delivered on Tuesday, very quick delivery. I have to say Topnotch service is outstanding. One thing to be aware of is the delivery company they use refuse to deliver the bed to the room of choice despite this been advertised on the website, this is the only issue I found and not a fault of topnotch, when I spoke to topnotch about this they immediately offered a £20 refund, however I said I did not want the refund as they are a small company and with the rising costs they have enough to worry about, I purely wanted to let them know for future customers.

I would highly recommend Topnotch however I would double check that the delivery company will do as stated on the website.

They were very resourceful with their time, and they were compassionate in their work. They displayed outstanding customer service. As a result leaving me with a great deal of satisfaction at the end. I would absolutely recommend their service.

The customer service was good very very quick response. I was able to delay delivery for when I needed, Saturday delivery which is rare to find. The delivery guys were amazing I chose assembly and they assembled with ease even kindly took their shoes off. Very friendly guys. Thank you. Seamless order to delivery

I received my bed today and I am so impressed with the fast delivery. The staff that helped me assemble the bed were so professional and kind. I enjoyed Good customer service from Topnotch and I love my new bed.

After doing research on which bed I'd like I finally decided on TopNotch Furnishers for it. After looking at the reviews I was a bit sceptical on purchasing as although most reviews were great there was an odd one that I was wary about. Anyway I followed through on the purchase and needless to say it went very smoothly and when I had a question for CS they were quick to respond and very helpful. I would recommend this company for quality, price and speed and good CS. Nice to write a good review of a company for once. Don't hesitate to buy. Thanks.
