SCAM

My partner ordered a bed worth £1500 of Ayzlan beds in August. We were slightly concerned the next day to not receive a confirmation text. We made MULTIPLE attempts to call and it went straight to a voicemail service. I contacted them on Facebook and Instagram they did not answer. We read some reviews, looked up the company location and started to piece together that we had been scammed. We contacted the bank to start an investigation into them and I left a review on Trust Pilot. After the review went up they interestingly did decide to respond to me on social media stating that they had our order and it was being ‘processed’ or soemthing to that effect. After nearly a month, no correspondence no bed. The bank fortunately gave us our money back and continued the investigation with their bank. They then got my last review taken down, which I’m sure they have done before. DO NOT FULL FOR THIS, do full research into any company online before making an order. We were very lucky the bank were excellent throughout. I’m writing this again because I will not let them do it to someone else.

Misleading Delivery, Poor Service, and No Accountability

I purchased a bed from Amore UK after saving for over a year. As a pensioner, this was a significant investment. I was assured delivery would take place on Saturday, yet instead I received a courier text at 2:20 AM and the bed did not arrive until late Sunday evening. This left me sleeping on the floor for several nights.

I contacted Amore multiple times requesting a goodwill gesture. Their responses were dismissive, falsely claiming the delivery was “on time” and insisting that goodwill gestures are discretionary. I retained all courier text messages, including the 2:20 AM one, which clearly contradicts their claims. Screenshots of these messages have been sent directly to Amore as evidence.

Despite this, Amore has chosen to deny the facts and even suggested my account was misleading. Their customer service has been evasive and unaccountable, leaving me without support during a stressful situation.

Final update (December 2025): I emailed Amore again on 14 November with the courier evidence, but they have not responded. They now state publicly that “this case has been fully reviewed and is closed.” This refusal to acknowledge clear proof speaks for itself. My experience remains unresolved, and I stand by my review.

In response to Amore’s statement:

I must clarify that their reply is inaccurate. I have retained all courier text messages, including one sent at 2:20 AM, which clearly contradicts Amore’s claim that no such communication occurred. Screenshots of these messages have been sent directly to Amore as evidence.

It is disappointing that instead of acknowledging the facts, Amore has chosen to dismiss my experience and suggest my account is misleading. As a customer, I expect honesty and accountability. The reality is that I was left without a bed for several nights due to their delivery failure, despite assurances of a Saturday delivery.

I stand by my review and will continue to share verified evidence to ensure transparency. Customers deserve reliable service and truthful communication.

Their customer service is evasive, unaccountable, and clearly overwhelmed—suggesting a pattern of complaints. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable service or basic respect.

The 2:20 AM message you referenced does not align with the official courier communication timeline recorded on our system. Based on the verifiable data available, we can confidently state that your order was fulfilled correctly and on time.

Furthermore, our records indicate that our customer service team engaged with you on multiple occasions, responding politely and professionally despite receiving correspondence from you that was at times disrespectful and accusatory. Our staff maintained professionalism throughout and made every effort to clarify the situation and provide reassurance.

Your repeated claims of delayed delivery and poor service are inconsistent with the verified facts of your order and the evidence held by both Amore UK and our courier partners. We take all feedback seriously; however, when claims are found to be inaccurate or misleading, we are unable to offer compensation or goodwill gestures.

Given the above, we must reiterate that this case has been fully reviewed and is now closed. Any further attempts to reopen the matter on the same grounds will not be reconsidered, as we have exhausted all internal review processes and verified that the service provided was fully compliant with our standards.

We pride ourselves on transparency and fairness in all customer interactions and will continue to uphold these values.

Communication was fine until they took…

Communication was fine until they took payment then went totally quiet. Completely none responsive to emails phone line doesn't work. I'd take the positive reviews with a pinch of salt cause I can't see how anyone has communicated with this company to organise a delivery of the bed. My bank has carried out a chargeback and returned my money.

EDIT - After my bank returned the money, this company again tried to take the same amount despite not supplying the bed and never once responding to any email or phone call regarding my original order which was made months ago. Thankfully my bank rejected it and I have had my money
returned. BUYER BEWARE read the other negative reviews, all the same story.

In deciding what to gift myself for my birthday in August, I came across the Amore website and made up my mind to purchase a new bed, the hardest decision was what design as the range was vast each one breathtaking.
I chose the’Mary’ design and wanted specific customisations made to the headboard which Jade and the team were most accommodating.
Initially I was sceptical about purchasing online however I needn’t have worried as throughout the excellent customer service made my experience really pleasurable.
On the day of delivery the courier’s were courteous and efficient making light work of the construction of my new bed.
The quality materials, mattress and design of’Mary’ is second to none
and visually elegant not to mention the wonderful sleeping experience I’ve had since.
I’d highly recommend Amore to anyone wanting to purchase a new bed, and take it from me, it’s a worthy investment that will provide you with great quality of sleep.

I ordered a bed and then requested to cancel it which was kindly confirmed by email to me by Stacey confirming it will be as it was within the timeframe. Almost 3 weeks on still no refund via the klaŕna payment method I paid by and no responses to my email.

Beautiful bed looks absolutely…stunning

Beautiful bed looks absolutely stunning. I had few reservations but jade at customer services put me at ease and even gave me solutions to my concerns. We decided to drop the base to accommodate my rather thick mattress. The delivery was quick and the couriers were amazing and built my bed and were so nice and took so much care in my home especially as I have a glass staircase and I was worried about it. They took there time and did an amazing job. I absolutely recommend this company .

Buyer Beware

Sadly I would have to say that my experience with amore was not good at all . Having looked at their products and their own write up I decided to purchase a bed . I tried for many days to reach them by phone with no luck at all which I found surprising for what sounded like a big company. I emailed several times and finally got a reply . I asked for samples which I did receive.,I placed my order and waited and waited!!!!!
Finally given a date but no one come so started process of ringing emailing etc etc . Finally I got reply apoligising and giving me another date and again no one came after this happened for third time I asked for number of delivery company and MD of Amore to contact me again complete sound of silence I then asked if I could have their numbers and I would call them and again nothing . I was then given another date and suprise suprised I got a phone call the day before they were due to come to say they were 20 mins away from my property which didn’t help me as I had arranged a meal out with friends so my partner stayed behind whilst guys assembled bed . I returned home to screws left on floor and mess in my bedroom as every bit of packaging had been just left . I did email amore asking that they let their MD know and would appreciate a call
But still heard nothing . Will be so interested to see if I now get a response

Avoid this company completely- Do not fall for their business practices

Avoid this company completely- It's a Scam - We purchased a bed with a 5 to 10 days delivery time. The bed never came and chased this with emails and phone calls. first and reading the other negative reviews of this company. Go through their website with a fine combination, call the number on their website first before placing an order. Confirm with them their address on their website if its a physical shop before making a purchase and have them provide you with proof of this first.
I have reported this to West Yorkshire Trading standards as this is their local trading standards office. All companies in the UK needs to be registered as required by the governent through their official website. I had to go through credit company for us to get our funds back as credit card covers you more than debit purchase.

Important Clarification Regarding This Review:

Following a full investigation by both our company and the bank, Dionne Pascal and Moses Collins have been identified as engaging in fraudulent activity.

They placed an order for a bed and then initiated a chargeback on the exact day of scheduled delivery, falsely claiming to their bank that the transaction was not authorised. At the same time, they contacted us requesting delivery to proceed while they “checked with their bank.” As per standard fraud prevention procedures, we paused the delivery pending clarification from the bank.

The bank later confirmed this was a deliberate attempt to reverse a legitimate transaction, and the case has been marked as attempted fraud on their end.

Following this, the individuals attempted to intimidate us with threats of a negative review, which we welcomed. We will not be coerced or silenced by individuals misusing platforms to hide dishonest behaviour.

We remain committed to honest business practices and take all fraudulent activity seriously. All evidence relating to this case has been formally documented and shared with the appropriate authorities.

BEAUTIFUL HEADBOARD

I was looking for a good quality handmade headboard for sometime, came across AMORE and found exactly what I was looking for. I ordered a Kings size ELIJAH CHESTERFIELD after being sent some fabric swatches, ordering was easy, price good, lead time excellent and delivery quick. The headboard is very high quality, well made and sturdy. I absolutely love it, it has a boutique hotel feel to it. I really recommend this lovely company, not only for headboards but other furniture pieces too.

This should be 0 star! Avoid! They will just take your money.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

No bed arrived. No update. They just took our money and disappeared. We’ve been waiting for over a month without a bed because we trusted this company. I emailed them several times and even sent messages on Instagram—no reply at all.

I’m honestly confused how they have such a high rating. Completely useless and a total pain to deal with. Thankfully, our credit card provider refunded us after more than a month of stress and waiting for nothing.

Avoid this company at all costs.

The phone number does not work. I then cancelled it and am now dealing with my credit card company to try and get my money back. We still are unable to get any response from them. Absolute nightmare. Customer service nonexistent.

The bed looks Phenomenal !
Not only is it gorgeous looking but the build quality is by far the best we have had, and trust me when I say we have tried the best of the best.
The delivery guys were so polite and nice as well, took their shoes off whilst entering and were really careful of the walls and other furniture that was in their way taking the bed upstairs.
Took them approximately 45 minutes to complete the installation and were out already haha!

Super happy with my purchase and I would definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Very good quality beds

After doing a lot of research, I decided to place an order and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The entire process was smooth—fast delivery and excellent communication throughout. The bed looks exactly like the photos, with outstanding quality and a beautiful fabric that really enhances our bedroom. I’ve had it for six months now with absolutely no issues. I highly recommend this company—the prices are very reasonable, and the value for money is excellent.

Defective goods

Delivered bed and headboard panel which didn’t line up. Big gap on right headboard panel.
Waited 2 months for replacement. Didn’t deliver until 10pm.
Then it doesn’t even match the existing panel. Completely wrong size.
Third time lucky delivered a headboard that was right and gave a partial refund for the inconvenience.

I love the bed from Amore

I love the bed from Amore. I went for the Curve Winged Julie Stripe Panel Lined Bed in silver velvet with ottoman storage. It is very well made and suits the room perfectly. Took a little while to arrive but was worth the wait. I couldn't find any other beds in the shops that I liked... thank you Amore.
