Received my order today 25th April, one of the creams was what I ordered but the other one was wrong, waiting to hear what I can do to get the correct cream that I actually ordered.

Terrible customer service. No response to emails re complaint about packaging. AVOID this company

I have received my cream.. fast delivery packed well have tried a little wiling to see it works .. I have a little dry skin and rosaha and my daughter in law has acne so thought we would try on this too .. creams smell lovely and need only a very small amount . So will last a good while I'm looking forward to the outcome .. and of successful in getting better .. Will be ordering again

I have been using the cream now for a couple of weeks and my skin has never looked so bad, it is bright red, blotchy and dry looking. I am embarrassed to leave my house, make up doesn't cover up how awful I look. I would not recommend this. I will ne going back to my old cream and hopefully my skin can recover.

A little greasy at first but stick with it, worked wonders for my skin

Great customer service and a great product. After only 3 days my Rosacea has cleared up and I feel as if I have gained some confidence back. This is now my go to product and I will be recommending to friends and family.

I ordered a tub of moisturiser as I have problems with exzema under my eyes and was drawn in by all the online advertising etc. I was reassured by the online promise of a 30 day money back guarantee. I have used this cream once and it has affected my exzema so badly that I have had to go to the doctors twice. I have been emailing this company for instructions on how to return this item for over a week and have had no response whatsoever. A complete con. I am not blaming them for the reaction I have had, just the appalling customer service when trying to initiate the returns process they promise is available to you if you are not satisfied. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely amazing skincare products and excellent customer service.

These creams and serums are a godsend. I was experiencing dry, itchy, sensitive skin since hitting my 40s and no creams were hydrating enough. I was unable to wear makeup because everything itched and eyeshadow made my eyes break out in eczema type skin. A week of using the Green Tea Healing cream and all my issues have disappeared and I can even wear makeup again. My skin looks hydrated, plumped up and glowing according to compliments I receive from friends.

I had an issue with one bottle of serum that leaked and the customer service team replied straight away and replaced it for me free of charge. Excellent service.

Bought the repair and renew cream for my daughter who has very sensitive skin and eczema. Everything she put on her skin made it sting and she had redness and soreness particularly under her eyes. This was like a miracle! It was the only cream which didn't sting and calmed the irritation almost overnight. It continues to improve and we would highly recommended to anyone who is suffering from irritated skin with eczema and dryness. It is so gentle and has such a velvety texture almost like mousse.

This is an excellent product will definitely use again

This seemed to cure my excema very quickly. If I feel dryness indicating it may be returning I just use a small amount and this seems to sort it again.

Amour’s products are fantastic! They have made a huge difference to my skin. I have had problems with cystic acne for decades, and nothing helped, even years of taking antibiotics. But their healing miracle cream and repair and renew cream have cleared it up. All of the creams are great and smell lovely. Delivery is quick. I really heartily recommend this company!

This company and its products seem to either be hated or loved! I placed an order but actually cancelled it when I read the reviews on here.

My experience of their customer service was great, however, so I decided to risk it and bought a jar of their mature skin cream. And I'm so glad I did, because it turned out to be one of the best I've ever used. I'm now finishing my second jar and will order more.

It's a shame some people have had a bad experience with Amour, and that the products don't suit everyone (but you can say that about any skincare product). My experience has been excellent.

Bought Amour to try good value but found it a little bit too greasy for my skin.
