Level 2 Survey only
We had a Level 2 survey only and the amount of detail that in this was perfect for our forever home.
The report was so thorough and detailed that it helped us and our solicitors raise questions with our sellers solicitors.
The staff we spoke to were really friendly and efficient too.

Excellent service from start to finish. Andrea at AMS Survey (RICS) was incredibly professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, with everything explained in a way that was easy to understand.
The whole process felt smooth and well-managed, and the final result was delivered promptly and to a very high standard. It’s clear that Andrea takes real pride in their work and goes the extra mile to ensure clients are satisfied.

We decided to use AMS purely through their reviews. I am so glad we did.
Communication from the off has been fantastic, Ellie was on the ball returning calls and sending emails. We have just had a level 3 residential survey done and it is one of the most thorough surveys I've seen. It was presented in a simple and informative layout. The survey was carried within 5 days of instructing them and the report was back within 5 working days. Thanks to the survey it uncovered a catalogue of problems hidden which sadly meant we decided to walk away from the property we had set our hearts on . But it wasn't meant to be. We will certainly be using AMS again for our next survey
