Faultless service and excellent report.
Very easy to deal with and book a survey. The website was excellent and clearly showed the different surveys available and what they did and did not include. I really liked the fact I could have drone pictures of the roof, it’s made it easy to get a quote for work needed.
I used AMS when I thought I was moving 2 years ago and didn’t bother contacting anyone else this time. They saved me from making a very costly house purchase last time and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Professional, efficient and the extensive report arrived several days before they said it would.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Had a structural survey carried out on my property after having numerous concerns. Jo in the office was amazing. Very helpful and informative helped to put my mind at ease straight away. Jamie, the surveyor got to me within a week, did a fantastic job looking over my property. Didn’t rush and happily answered every question and worry I had and explained what he was doing and why every step of the way. I received the written report within 5 working days which explained in detail what I should be looking at fixing. Couldn’t ask for a better team. Would definitely recommend and use them again, if needed.

Thorough structural survey with roof inspection
Jo was incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable and as a result we got the right survey for us and the property. Its so nice to speak with a real person, who happens to be so lovely too. The structural survey with roof inspection was very detailed with plenty of pictures to demonstrate the issues. We found the estimated costs and next steps really useful too. Bobby did a really thorough and professional job, which saved us a lot of money and hassle. Great communications, helpful portal and value for money. Will definately use again

Very reasonably priced, high quality level 2 RICS survey
Very reasonably priced level 2 RICS survey for such high level of detail and quality! The online portal is great for checking the status of things and I was kept updated throughout. Very friendly during the initial booking stage and the wait time for both the actual survey and the resulting report was also very reasonable (7 working days for survey, 5 working days for report). Joseph carried out the survey and did a very thorough job. The report itself was clear and helpful, with an added bonus of some searches of the property (flood risk, soil type, broadband/signal strength etc) which I have not seen on other reports. I would highly recommend AMS Surveys

Five star service all round
We have had two surveys from AMS this year. Unfortunately our first purchase fell through because the survey showed so many defects with the roof, but the entire team were so helpful and kind that when we found our next property to go for, it was a no brainer in choosing them to carry out the survey! Could not fault the service we've received from anyone we've dealt with during our buying journey... Now we just need to complete the purchase!
