I bought 2 vacuum cleaners, I had no problems at all, dad delivery.

I ordered something from their website and never received it! It's been 10 days since I ordered. Nothing.

I ordered some vitamins and it came within two days and the transaction was great,

I haven’t received my product yet and they didn’t even send me the carrier info, and I can’t track my package. The worst part is that these guys don’t even have customer service number to contact to. I spent a little under $300 in this order, and after 6 days, I still don’t know what’s going on with my package. This is my worst experience by far in all online shoppings.

I have ordered from this site multiple times and have received each item within 3-5 business days. I had one incident where my package was lost for a week. I inquired about my items and received a response within the same day as well as a resolution. A replacement order was sent out and I received it in 2 buisness days. They've been great price wise as well as speed. I guess everyone's experience has been different, but I myself have no complaints.

Purchased Lermom earbuds (wireless) for 1/2 the price on the real Amazon. Appears to be what I ordered, but could be a knockoff. Still works. Any issues, don’t spend more than you’re willing to lose.

Whatever you order they just won’t ship it. You try to contact them you get no reply, it’s a scam!!!!

reasonable price and fast shipping

I was worried this was a scam but my item arrived quickly in an Amazon prime envelope. they also responded quickly to my inquiry when my husband threw my package in the garage and I had no idea it had already arrived. I an very happy with my purchase and their service!

I ordered name brand product..received generic product doesn't work...they are pretending to be Amazon & they only give you an address...no way to contact them..BUYER BEWARE!!!

This site is awful. If I could give no stars I would have. I purchased a product from here because on Amazon it would have taken a month to ship to me. On this site it said 2 days guaranteed. On day 2 it still said my package was in China. I emailed the customer service and they said sorry, it'll be here anywhere from 2-4 weeks from now. Are you kidding me? That is unacceptable. My advice don't use a site that can't do what they say. Also you can only speak through email which is stupid. I want to speak to a human on the phone.
