WARNING….PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU CONSIDERED PURCHASING FROM ANADEY!!!!!
Anadey Australia appears to have entered voluntary administration, not liquidation. This means a company is under the supervision of an administrator, who aims to either restructure the business or sell it off, ultimately to maximize value for creditors.
No wonder I have not received my order or had a reply in over two months!!!

I have used this company before with the same item I keep purchasing. Until now I haven't had a problem. Like the other reviews, they have not sent my order, will not return emails and when you try to track it comes up with error. Disgusting taking peoples money, especially now everyone is struggling.

The company appears to be a scam. No delivery of items ordered and no reply to email queries

We are writing to express our dissatisfaction with Anadey regarding an unpaid invoice for an order placed with our company. Despite several reminders, we have not received any payment to date.
This behavior reflects a lack of professionalism and reliability. We strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as they do not honor their financial commitments.
Anadey is, in our experience, a dishonest company.

I have returned an item - not used and its original packaging - after asking them if it was possible by email. According to the tracking number they received it and they never refund me or replied to my numerous emails. I have opened a dispute with my bank. They have the item and my money!!! Don't buy from them.

SCAMMERS! Placed an order and still haven't received any products and no one will reply to my emails! Wish I'd checked here first as seems plenty of others have encountered the same issue!

I placed a huge order of approximately $1750 on the 15th Feb 2025 and today is the 4th April 2025 & my order has still not shown up!
I contacted them initially twice and they responded after about a 1 & 1/2 weeks later and “Amy” from Anadey whom. said that some of the items I purchased were out of stock & they will likely be sending my order in two boxes! I contacted them again a few weeks later as still no show & no updates & “Amy” responded a week later saying my items were returned to them because I had an Australia post parcel collect address so I had to give them my home address to re-send! I still have not received anything & no postal tracking has been provided & now their website has had an internal error for the last few weeks so you can not login into your account and their contact us live chat on their website has also stopped working (try it & see) I feel this company has closed or have gone bankrupt!
I highly recommend you “Do not purchase” from them as they appear to not have any product to sell that they advertise!
I had purchased from them years ago & I did get an order but after this experience I will never buy from them again & I do not think I will ever see the order I placed!

These People are a SCAM. I'm like many of you who wished they'd seen this page first. I paid for The Aromatherapy Co Therapy Pulse Point Stress and NEVER got my product. I'm very glad I paid through PayPal.
If you shop here, do at your own risk. It's just not worth it.

Scam - Bought item which they were meant to sent within a week. Luckily I paid through PayPal so was able to lodge a dispute. DO NOT BUY THIS FROM THIS WEBSITE. Their customer service email and phone numbers on paypal receipt also are incorrect.

received my order 6 weeks after they said it would arrive. It included 4 glass bottles that were all completely shattered or scratched/damaged in some way. No response at any point from the company. such a scam

Wish I'd looked here first. Probably money down the drain as customer service is not responding and have had no updates regarding shipping - the website's tracking facility is broken and I feel like it's a complete scam.

I ordered sunscreen in late 2024, but it took months to arrive. Communication was non existent, and when the product finally arrived after I had to track it down with the courier, it was close to its expiration date. Check their fine print, they mention they cannot guarantee expiration dates which seems odd as all companies must keep track of this information. If you’re looking for a honest reliable company that delivers on time with fresh products, I wouldn’t recommend this company. Many reviews mention similar issues, so be cautious.

Worst company I have ever dealt with- don’t buy from them … SCAMMERS… they debit your credit card and don’t send your goods out , there is no phone number to speak to anyone and they don’t reply back to emails .
Have had to cancel my credit card as it kept happening / I gave no authorisation but they just don’t care

Never received products, no updates, no response after 5 weeks. Disappointing!!!!

No replies for over a month and counting. No sign of the product ordered. I am currently reporting as fraud to our bank.

I’d put zero stars if I could!
Ordered a couple of items that said would be shipped within 1-2 business days. Didn’t hear from them for over a week. They didn’t reply my email enquiring about this. So I started process with PayPal to get my money back. Lo and behold the day after this Anadey finally said they shipped it. But too good to be true because a week later the tracking details say my parcel is still sitting with Anadey waiting to be collected. Again they won’t reply to my email asking where the parcel is. I’ve gone back to PayPal to get a refund. The parcel should well on its way if not arrived over 2 weeks after ordering. Way too much trouble.

As others have noted, they do not provide you with any updates regarding your order despite frequent emails to them. I also note that the contact phone number provided by their “virtual assistant” is fake.

You pay for items & they don't ship your order. You ask to be refunded & nobody replies. It appears the company is going under & yet they continue to advertise more products on their social media accounts. Appalling conduct

This is a scam and i have reported them via paypal. DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Is this company legit? Placed an order 2 weeks. No response from customer service. No update on order. Don't order from this company!
