worst shopping experience ever
It's been 10 days since the original delivery date of the ordered product. All communication via email is terribly drawn out. Despite the lack of the ordered product and the chance of its delivery, the service is doing everything to not refund the money. Over the course of 4 days, only 2 emails were exchanged. In the last email, I was assured that the product is already in stock and I will soon receive a link to track the shipment. However, in the previous email, I was informed that the manufacturer is unable to specify when the shipment to AndLight will be completed. The lack of precision in specifying deadlines indicates a low level of service. It's been 4 days since I requested a refund and the product suddenly appeared in the warehouse, but it is not known when it will be sent to me. It really looks like some kind of scam...

Za zwrot trzeba zapłacić
Za zwrot trzeba zapłacić. Tzn. za zagraniczna etykiete generowana przez sklep. Koszt tej etykiety to 90PLN. Biorac pod uwage fakt, ze moj zakup kosztowal jakies 200PLN, to okazuje sie, ze zwort pochlonal polowe jego wartosci. Sklep odradzam. Moj blad, ze nie zapoznalem sie z zasadami zwrotow. Kupuje wiele rzeczy w zagranicznych sklepach i nie place (za ewentualne) zwroty. I to uspilo moja czujnosc.

Zakupiłam lampy wiszące
Zakupiłam lampy wiszące, które okazało się, że źródłem światła jest wtyczka do kontaktu. Absurd jakiś. W opisie nie było żadnej informacji, że lampa wisząca ma wtyczkę i przełącznik na kablu. Do tego zwrot to koszt 90 zł, gdzie przesyłka do PL przy zakupie, z informacji na stronie wykosi 25 zł. Uważnie czytajcie, żeby się nie narazić na dodatkowe koszta i frustrację.
