Nie otrzymałem przesyłki do dnia dzisiejszego.
07.02.2023 otrzymałem maila, ze przesyłka jest w drodze. Nie można śledzić numeru przesyłki. tak jakby nie istniała taka przesyłka.

Not processing refund for lost goods!
EDIT 5.12.2022: money still not returned.
The lamp was not delivered for 2-3 weeks, yet the company wants me to wait for a refund until they solve their dispute with UPS. It shouldnt be so, I am not a party to the agreement between Andlight and UPS.

I would like to apologize for the long delivery. However, when a package is marked as "Delivered", but the recipient has not actually received it, we have to file a claim with the freight company.
We have to wait for their investigation to conclude, since anyone could receive a package, but tell us that they have not. I am not doubting your intentions, but it is merely an explanation of our safety precautions, as we experience it often.
I am sorry for the inconvenience, and you are of course welcome to contact us, so we can figure out the best possible solution for both parties.

Dokonałam zakupu 1 czerwca. Paczkę odebrałam 4 lipca. Obsługa klienta sprawnie odpisywała na maile i pomogła w sytuacji gdy paczka została zagubiona.

Lampa piękna, dostawa super szybka! Cena również nieco tańsza, niz inne firmy - duży plus.
Tylko strona internetowa topornie tłumaczona przez translator, widać że nikt nad tym nie usiadł. Trochę psuje doświadczenie zakupów.
